I remained indoors for a week against my wolf's wish. All I did was pay absolutely no attention to how she was coping or even making an attempt to go find out where she was now working and where exactly it was located.
Clark had informed me about her new role in one of the biggest hotels in New Kingston and I remember lodging there years back before we separated.
I yearned to see my two little adorable pups but then, she made it clear to me, she wanted me away from her and her children and there was absolutely no way I was going back again.
