Rex's POV.
"So, what next? Will you have me locked indoors all through?" Mother scowled as she looked at me. She raised her eyebrows as she crossed her right leg over her left.
"I have been in New Kingston for almost twenty four hours, Rex." She snarled as she wore a frown.
"What didn't you get when you got informed that Kingsley was currently in New Kingston? Huh?" She scowled angrily and I could see the disappointment on her face.
"Mother, you won't understand. This is difficult. This isn't easy, mother!!" I whined as I got up from the sofa.
It has been twelve hours since she made her way to New Kingston with her special aides, Ethan, Allen and Iverson.
"Oh, mother! You knew there was no way I would go back there with you. Why won't you give up, mother? She made it plain to me.
