Gray Shades

Approximately in 740 CE, Germanic tribe Lombards had won a huge amount of land from the Byzantine empire. And named the kingdom Lombard. But instead of electing a king, The dukes were ruling on their own. One of them was Johan the Second. He family has already been known for their justice and Unmatching knowledge of the human body. So, Johan grew to be as great as his ancestors. Johan is doing paperwork of the accounts of taxes. suddenly he noticed a crow missing a foot. so, it couldn't fly. he ordered a butler to get it for him. When he got it he started to look for joints of feet. He thought he could fix it. Unfortunately because of the blood loss the crow dies. somehow he feels a bit paranoid. Since he's a Duke he had to visit account. When he was passing by a market, he saw some peasants tying crows and and pulling them. So, he called a boy nearby. He said"Hey, what's happening there?" the boy replied "they are playing with the crow. " he asked "What are going to do after you're done playing? " the boy replied "we're going to cut it's feet off.. after we're done. " Johan felt terrible hearing that. And ordered that boy to free that crow this instance. Not knowing who Johan really is the boy ignored Johan. So, Johan ordered his butler to take that boy to his residence around forest. When the sun sets Johan visits his residence. Upon remembering the boy. He orders every servant to leave him. Then he ties that boy to a chair violently, boy resists with his everything but it's no use. Then Johan starts saying in a serious tone "Cut the feet off, right?" and added that "Now I'm going to cut your feet off! You scumbag, worthless boy! " The boy begs him and says he's sorry. Johan opens his briefcase where he puts his scissors, knives etc. He first makes a cut into the boys feet the boy screams out of pain. That first drop of blood somehow gives Johan a strange happiness. Then with a knife Johan tears that boys feet.The boy shakes and screams with fear and pain. But Johan is not satisfied. Johan then proceeds to the other feet, after the second foot he reaches for boy's left arm with pain and fear that boy dies in the halfway of cutting the arm. But it doesn't bother Johan. With every cut Johan feels more alive, Then he proceeds to cut the boy's face. soon after that to satisfy himself he starts to tear that boy's body violently, with his bear hands. on that night Johan could even hear boy's soul scream. in the morning Johan is still in that room tormenting that boys body. when the sun is up, Johan feel alive but his hands are shaking because of the exhaustion. Then he buried that boy's body. And when his ride came he went home. But while he was in the cart he couldn't think of anything else than that feeling, The feeling of killing. He somehow wanted that feeling. His mind starts to crave that feeling. To be continued..
