Clara's POV

Where should I go today? I think going to the beach is a great idea. I've only been there once and the sight was really beautiful.

It's mostly couples and teenagers that visit the beach. I like the cool sound of the water and the aura of the beach so..... the beach it is!

I got there within few seconds. One of the advantages of being a vampire is that you run like lightning. Besides, I have a special ability to appear and disappear whenever I want to.

I sat down and stared amusingly at the beach. The first time I came here, I got captured by the beautiful sight I met.

The water was really blue and the strong wind blew my hair in different directions. The feeling was overwhelming.

I was still smiling happily to myself when I suddenly had a strange feeling.

I look around me and my eyes met with a guy's eyes. He had his gaze on me and I was beginning to get nervous.

He's really handsome but I wonder why he's staring at me. He took his gaze away for a while and I used that opportunity to teleport back to the vampire kingdom.

Jason's POV

I got to the beach and sat down staring into space. My eyes caught a couple running around happily and tears filled my eyes.

Am I cursed or what? Why can't I just be happy like other guys out there? I always make sure I provide everything the girl I'm dating needs but in the end they end up leaving me.

I'm tired of everything and I wish there was a way I could end all these. The first thing to do now is not dating anyone again.

I just want to be single and happy. The problem of dating is weighing me down and I'm losing weight already so I need a break.

I cleared those thoughts off my mind and just let nature take over. I should enjoy myself for the meantime.

I was smiling silently at myself from the view before me when something suddenly prompted me to look at my left side.

I didn't even want to look at it but my head moved on his own accord.

I looked to my left and saw the most beautiful girl I've ever come across. She really is beautiful and strangely, I feel different.

Why is my heart suddenly beating fast just by staring at her face? Is it love? No, it can't be!

There's no way I could have fallen in love with someone I just met after few minutes of breaking up with Julian.

I quickly took my eyes away from her and took in deep breaths to stop my heart from racing but it wasn't working.

I decided to look at her again but she was gone. Huh? How did she disappear without a trace?

She was here moments ago right? Or was it my imagination? No, I don't think so!

I stood up from where I was seated and walked to where she sat.

"What are you doing Jason? She's someone you just met for the first time" my subconscious scolded

Well, I know I just met her but I feel drawn to her. It's a feeling I can't control.

"Meet me in my house in thirty minutes" I said and hung up

I got into my car and drove off to my mansion. I actually called my detective do he can help me find that girl.

I drove inside the mansion after the gateman opened the gate and almost immediately, the detective drove in.

"Good day sir" he and the men he came along with greeted respectfully

"Good day. Let's go in" I said a and led the way

"What will you like to take?" I asked them when we got inside

"We're okay sir" their boss answered

"Get them juice" I said turning to the maids present. I don't even know their name because it's my mom that usually employs them

"I called you here because I want you to find someone for me." I said and paused to give them a chance to talk

"Okay. Where is the picture of the person you want us to find for you?" they asked

"I don't have her picture with me and honestly, I've only met her once" I confessed

They gave each other a knowing look before staring back at me like I've suddenly lost it.

"Stop staring at me like that. I just want to get to know her more so I need you to find her for me"

"I don't think that will be possible sir. We can't just start looking for a ghost"

"I can describe her to you and then you will sketch her picture. That will go a long way in helping you"

"Still sir, do you have any idea of where she lives?"

"No and that's the more reason why I want to see her. She just suddenly disappeared!"

"Okay. Let's start with sketching her picture first"

They brought out a paper and pencil and then signalled me to start.

"She's really fair, the most beautiful lady I've ever seen with hazel eyes. She has long beautiful legs and are eyes looked really innocent. Her hair was black and really long" I concluded.

"This is what we were able to sketch from what you described" they said stretching out the paper to me

"She's way beautiful than this but I guess we'll have to make use of this. Please find her as soon as possible"

"Alright sir"

"Thanks for coming"

"You're welcome sir" they responded and left

I don't know what I'm doing. Why will I ask my detective to find her? Maybe I've gone nuts after my breakup with Julian.

June's POV

I'm finally back to take what's rightfully mine! I've heard and seen Jason date many girls but now, he's mine.

I'm June Thomas, Jason's childhood friend. I've developed feelings for Jason ever since we were young but he failed to notice it.

I discovered I'm a vampire two years ago. Strange right? What's more strange is that I like being a vampire.

Most vampires don't want to be that way but I'm different. Knowing I possess a special ability humans don't have makes me really proud of myself.

I arrived at my mansion and got down from the car after my guards opened the door for me.

I lost my parents recently leaving me alone in this big house. I miss them so much.

I slumped on a couch in the sitting room and inhaled the air. Ohh... how much I've missed home.

I went to my room to freshen up. My room is not one of those girly rooms decorated with pink colours all through.

Instead, it's made of gray color and a touch of white. I relaxed in the bath tub for about 20 minutes before rinsing my body.

After I was done wearing my clothes, I got into my car headed to just one place. Guess where I'm headed?
