I WAS going to Wren's home with my car when I saw a guy on the highway. He was looking on the road going to Wren and Brent's home. He was familiar. I thought I already saw him somewhere.
I was not that bothered anyway. Not only Wren and Brent lived in the place. There were a few also.
I met Brent after I parked the car under a tree.
"Wren's home. Do you know one of his exes? He's looking for your mate."
"I know him. I saw him too." Now I realized who that guy I saw on the highway was just a while ago.
"Guess I don't need to tell you about him. I'm going home now."
"Wren feels awkward with me." That made him stop walking. "He's cold to me. I think it's because I told him that I love him. I followed by saying, as a friend."
