Brad's POV
"I know! I mean he could have just taken that very chance and...goal!"
"Yeah. I wonder what distracted him... Poor kid. Carter, was it? He'll make a good member if he comes to our school."
"I don't know about that, P'. He is only on his first year of high school. Too early, don't you think?"
Kasem and I are coming to my house after watching a Friday soccer match at the local school nearby where he is on his last year of high school. Our parents are quite close so we hang out a lot.
I stopped by to see the game after learning I didn't have any class after the first period. The rest were canceled. I am a sophomore Engineering student at Kunthara University. It isn't that far from Kasem's school. And I drive my own car.
