The New Concubine (2)

1161 Words
That day, I felt more like I was a newborn. I felt treated like a woman for the first time and I saw Griffith as a man for the first time too. We were no more babies but grown ups now. The pleasure I yearned for was given by Griffith. Why was my heart and body so excited just thinking about him? He betrayed me and left me to rot in here? Why does it feel like he hasn’t done any of these things? Why does it feel like I’m not supposed to be angry? Of course, I’m supposed to be angry, but why does it feel lonely without him? I wish I could go meet him and have him between my legs again. If only we could be together, be lovers without any interruptions. I crave for him. I want my brother, my lover, to come to me and f****d me the way he did last night. Why do I crave to be in his arms after what he has done to me? Why do I not feel so much anger? Or perhaps did he intentionally do this to me so I could forget what he had done to me years ago? This is confusing to think about. I drew my hand along my private part and washed his sperm off it. I could feel how slimy it was down there. And this is why I didn’t want my personal maid to be with me, because if she sees what I’m washing off me, there is going to be hell to pay because I haven't had my bath for days. I didn't want the feeling of him being washed away so I pretended to be clean. I was getting itchy and tired of staying in bed with dirt. Why did s*x with Griffith feel so much better than my dead husband? Having s*x with my dead husband was like piercing a knife through my v****a. I felt no pleasure while he had s*x with me. He treated me like a tool more than his wife, but with Griffith, it was so different. I felt so good while I was with him. I could never have felt so much better without him. I got up and climbed out of the bathtub after washing myself to get rid of the soap, and left the bathroom. The maids were there to dress me up as usual as I began combing my long hair. My room was as quiet as usual. All I wanted to set my eyes on was Griffith. I wanted to know how it felt to be with him and why I was missing him so much. Why was my v****a twitching to have him all about him again? Why can’t I have him out of my head? I heaved a deep sigh as I stared at my complexion in the mirror? I blinked when I saw the door to my room opened and my maid came in with a report. “The queen ordered us to take you to the garden to have some fresh air.” She reported, and I was a bit surprised for a second there. "Why does the Queen want me to go outside? I thought she wanted me locked inside until I got married again." "What's the occasion?" I asked as I stood up from my chair, but my maid only shook her head. "Nothing is happening, Princess Rowena. The Queen summoned me and told me to escort you outside so you could get some fresh air." "And she didn't say anything else?" I asked again. "No, she didn't," she replied with a nod. I looked down at my sweaty hands, wondering what my mother was planning. Why did she suddenly want me outside when I was always punished whenever I left my room? It was exciting, but it also terrified me because this wasn't like her. What was her real motive? I nodded as my maid helped drape a white fur over my shoulders. When I stepped outside, several guards were already waiting for me. I looked around to make sure nothing unusual was happening. The palace was strangely quiet. Lifting my gown slightly, I walked as gracefully as I could, hoping I wouldn't run into Griffith. I didn't know how I would react if I saw him. Why was I so anxious? Why did I suddenly wish the ground would open up and swallow me at the thought of him? Moon Goddess... please don't let me see him. The guards escorted me through the palace, and I still didn't understand why my mother wanted me out of my room. My maid had only told me that I was to walk around the palace for two hours. The thought both excited and frightened me because I could never predict my mother's intentions. Whenever she acted kindly, something worse always followed. That terrified me. As I walked around the palace grounds, tears filled my eyes. For the first time in years, I wished this moment could last forever. All I had ever wanted was freedom. If I couldn't have that, then what was the point of surviving? I'd spent my whole life locked away and treated like I didn't belong because of something I hadn't committed alone. That was why I constantly feared what tomorrow would bring. Thinking about what happened with Griffith the other day brought tears to my eyes. I was ashamed of myself. I wished it had never happened. I wanted freedom. I didn't want to belong to anyone anymore. I didn't want to live under anyone's control. I just wanted to be myself and live my life without anyone interfering. As I continued walking, a familiar scent reached me. Ahead of me stood a young woman dressed in royal clothing with bodyguards behind her. I stopped. My eyes widened in horror. My hands began to tremble, and sweat covered my forehead as I stared at her. The Omega standing before me looked just as shocked. The royal guards behind her told me everything I needed to know. At that moment, I realized my worst nightmare had come true. "Anastasia..." I whispered, my voice filled with betrayal. All I wanted was to scream in her face and rip her hair out. How could she do this to me? How could she be so disgusting? "Hi, Rowena," she said with a smile before bowing politely. "Who gave you permission to speak to me like that?" I snapped. She gasped and immediately lowered her head. "I'm sorry, Princess Rowena." "How dare you?" I sneered, struggling to keep my temper under control. She slowly looked up and shook her head. "I never wanted this to happen, Rowena. How have you been?" she asked, forcing a smile as she stepped closer. "Y-You're... my father's new concubine..." I couldn't finish my sentence. I marched toward her and slapped her across the face as hard as I could.
