A Decision To Be Made

I was alone when I woke up, I guess Ted went to early morning training. I got out of the bed and went to the bathroom, brushed my teeth, washed my face and made my way downstairs, I smelled coffee and thought , how sweet Ted made coffee before he left, I walked into the kitchen thinking I'd take a day off to decompress from what my bastard parents asked me to do yesterday. I rounded the corner " Shadow! " he was sitting in front of me, wearing a bowtie around his big ass neck, tongue out and tail wagging furiously. He yipped and licked my hand as I reached out to ruffle his fur, " well don't you look like a gentleman this morning Shadow ". He got up and walked into the kitchen with me behind him, my mouth dropped open, my kitchen was littered in flowers of all colors, they were all over the counters and floor the table held a beautiful arrangement. The table was also covered in food, all types of breakfast foods, eggs done many ways, scrambled, fried, hard boiled, bacon, waffles and pancakes, there were pastries, toast, croissants, sausages, meats for breakfast sandwiches and a very large assortment of fresh fruits. I spun on my heel looking for Ted, he had to be responsible for this, I went to get a mug for coffee and on the counter there was coffee, OJ, tea bags of all kinds and milk. I filled my mug still trying to figure out where Ted was and why he prepared a literal breakfast feast in my kitchen and disappeared. I breathe deeply " should the worst happen on Saturday and I have to leave with Trent, I want to be able to kill him, I refuse to be his Luna, I'll kill him or myself if it comes to that " he held my hands in his " baby no, he won't get near you, I'll die before I let that happen " I sighed " we don't know what's going to happen Ted, I'm scared " I told him I was afraid Trent would find a way to cheat and I'd end up having to leave with him and I'm very serious when I say I'd rather die than be Trent's mate. He assured me it would all work out and we walked back down to the truck and made our way back home.
