JOSH I didn’t get home until almost eight that night. Between staying at the office late and then going straight to the gym, I was completely drained by the time I finally got through the door of my apartment. Kicking off my shoes, I stripped away my suit jacket and lobbed it onto the loveseat. Loosening up my tie, I plopped on the couch and tried to unwind. I turned the TV on, but after endlessly flipping through the stations, nothing held my attention. Unable to sit still, I sat up and flicked the television off, annoyed, and tossed the remote to the side. Standing and slowly making my way to the meditation mat across the room, I decided maybe a Reiki healing was in order. Changing direction and heading to my bedroom, I swapped my suit pants and button down with joggers and a t-shirt
