Mr Roberts POV

As I lead the way to the study with Luna and Eric following behind, I couldn't help but think to myself how well this plan of mine was coming together, I felt a little bad for doing this to Luna, but at the end of the day the company was more than important to me than she was, Me and her mother had built it up from the ground together and after her accident which resulted in her death it was all that I had left to honour her memory and I wasn't about to lose that it would kill me if I ever lost it. I can see Luna's heart breaking more when she looked at me before Eric introduced himself, but it didn't bother me at all, the way I see it as she was just a means to save the only thing that meant to most to me which was my company, I did love Luna once but after her mother had passed everything changed I couldn't bear to look at her anymore because she looked like her mother so much it broke my heart to pieces to the point I couldn't deal with it anymore and decided to busy myself with work so I didn't have to deal with the pain and memories of my beloved wife. Once we enter the study and all sitting down I pass along the pre-written wedding contract for Eric to go over he has a quick read and nods his head in agreement which pleases me after we all signed the contract and shake hands we part ways to get ready for the big wedding which is to take place in 2 days, once alone in the study I pour myself a drink hold it up and quietly say “My dearest love this is all for you… I miss you so much my dearest love” I throw back the drink and feel the burn slowly run down my throat and smile, I can’t believe how well this is coming together, soon our company will be saved.

Luna POV;

No, No, No this can’t be happening I need to get out of here now, lost in my own thoughts I didn’t realise that the maid had come into my room until she quietly tapped my shoulder “excuse me Miss Luna, I couldn’t help but over hear what your father is making you do and I want to help you get out of here just before the wedding” I wipe the tears that were silently falling down my face “really you would do this for me?” she just smiles at me “of course Miss I’ve watched you grow up into this beautiful young woman and you certainly do not deserve this, so I will come by same time on the night before the wedding and give you what you need to survive and help you get out of here” I am left speechless so I just hug her tight so she knows that I understand and that I’m truly thankful. The next 2 days just seem to drag on so slowly to where I’m counting down the minutes until my great escape so for now, I have to continue pretending to be interested in this so-called wedding, so I don’t blow my cover and ruin my chances of escape. Pacing around in my room lost in my thoughts I almost missed hearing the maid when she knocked on my door “come in” she comes in with a warm smile on her face “it’s time my dear Luna and please take this” I grab the envelope she was handing over and gasped when I see what was in it “oh my I couldn’t take this off you” she smiles “well dear I figured you would need some kind of money to help with your escape, its hard to get far away from here with no money” anyway I will come back a little later when the coast is clear and sneak you to my car and drop you off somewhere away from here then where you go from there is up to you, but we’ve only got one shot at this so do as I say” I smile “Yes, thankyou so much for this and everything else you have done for me I will truly miss you” she smiles at me and pulls me into a hug “its okay my dear girl, you deserve a better life than this. I will be back in a little bit so make sure you are ready to go” I will be don’t worry. I quickly stuffed some stuff I know I would need into my backpack and waited for her return, a couple of hours later she returned to my room with a smile on her face “it’s time Luna” I simply nodded and followed her quietly to her car and jumped in before I know it we are racing down the drive away and away from the place I use to call home and now I feel like I can breathe a bit easier. We drove for over an hour and we stopped she looked at me before pulling me in for one last hug “now if you follow this road a bit further down you will find a quiet little seaside town, I wish I could drop you off there myself but this is as far as I can take you, just promise you will look after yourself okay and don’t forget about me” I hug her tighter “of course I promise and thank you” after getting out of the car I look at her one last time with a smile on my face and then watch as she drives off into the distance, then I follow the road until I can see lights in the distance of the town she was telling me about and push onwards.

Mr Roberts POV

I can’t help but wake up with a massive smile on my face, today is the day the company me and my beloved wife built up from the ground will finally be saved. As I walk downstairs to grab a coffee I tell one of the maids I see on my way down “Go and wake up Luna for her special day now please” “Yes sir” thinking to myself “today will be a wonderful day” just as I sit down and have a sip of my coffee I see the maid run into the dining area out of breath “Sir I don’t know how to say this but Luna is missing’ I spat my coffee all over the table “MISSING! WHAT DO YOU MEAN MISSING, f**k WE NEED TO FIND HER NOW BEFORE ERIC FINDS OUT” I hear someone clear their throat and I slowly turn around to see Eric standing in the doorway “Find out what exactly?” f**k… “it’s so nice to see you Eric what brings you to the house this fine morning” now I can see him getting very annoyed “stop playing games with me and tell me what you don’t want me to find out?” sigh “It seems like Luna has gone missing as she wasn’t in her room” I can feel the sweat starting to build up on my head as he just stares at me then he simply clicks his fingers and out of nowhere one of his bodyguards show up and he quietly leans into his ear and says something then smiles at me “Well it seems like a good thing that I needed to come by the house for you to sign a document wasn’t it, oh don’t worry I’ve got my men out looking for Luna and the wedding will go ahead as planned but mark my words if I don’t get married today I won’t be helping you like we agreed on, I will see you later” he turns and walks out of the room. f**k this can’t be happening.

Eric POV;

Today is the day I can finally ravish that beautiful body of Luna’s until she is screaming and begging for me to take her over and over again until she can’t take no more, there was a knock on the door “come in” “sorry to disturb you sir especially on your big day but I was just double checking the paper work and it seems we need one more signature from Mr Roberts” I grab the paper work and quickly see where the signature is missing “thankyou for bringing that to my attention, I think I’ll pay him a surprise visit” so I quickly get dressed jump into my car and head over to his house. After I arrive one of the maids open the door to let me in and point me in the direction of the dining room to where I can find him, as I reach the door way I hear him yelling at the top of his lungs not sure what about exactly but not happy to hear my name being yelled out, the young maid that is in the room with him spots me but I put a finger up to my mouth telling her to keep quiet and then clear me throat which I see makes him nearly jump through the roof. “it’s so nice to see you Eric what brings you to the house this fine morning” I don’t say anything just simply stare at Mr Roberts feeling very annoyed and angry. Without a word I click my fingers and one of my men appear I lean in and whisper to him “Find my bride now and no matter what she says bring her home, as this marriage will be going ahead” my guard just nods and leaves, I look back over at Mr Roberts “Well it seems like a good thing that I needed to come by the house for you to sign a document wasn’t it, oh don’t worry I’ve got my men out looking for Luna and the wedding will go ahead as planned but mark my words if I don’t get married today I won’t be helping you like we agreed on, I will see you later” I turn and leave to go and get ready thinking to myself “Oh Luna it won’t be long now and you will be mine”.
