“Ariella, don't push your limit. Eat your food and stop crying. That isn't good for the baby.” Danica preached over and over as I pushed my food away from me again.

“Im fine, Dani. Did Dion already wake up? It's been howany days. He's still unconcious and his wolf isn't responding.” I sadly smiled at her looked outside again..

“i am not safe here anymore once he didn't wake up. Their pack members don't respect as their because of me being a human. “So I decided to get out of this place as soon as possible.” I voiced out my thoughts for many days and they looked at me almost with horror and shock.

“Are you f*****g serious Ariella? At this time where Dion needs you?! You are going to left him bedridden?” Danica suddenly bursts out and I bowed my head for a moment. Maybe I'm too impulsive or I am not thinking we'll. But I can't avoid thinking that way just to save my baby, our baby out of here and out of danger these pack brought to us.

“I need to get out of here before Dion recovered and wake up. He won't allow me to get away, and he'll kill you.” I whispered, still pulling the hem of her jacket.

“If you don't want to help me, I'll tell my bodyguard. I know he's that red eyed wolf. I know he knows something about me and I'm willing to be taken by him away from here.”

"I know, but let's wait for my companion to carry out our last-minute plan," she said, peering in.

I was about to say something when I heard a car screech in front of the mansion we are currently residing.

My bodyguard went into my direction and yanked me away from the scene, and we arrived at a thickly tinted car parked not far from our hiding spot.

"Get in," he ordered.

I pushed myself inside by opening the door near the driver's seat.

“What?” I said feeling irritated. We are in a hurry, and he didn't dare get in quickly.

“You know how to drive right? You're in charge “, he said, as I slide down the glass window a little. A group of pack guards saw as and they started to run in our direction. I cursed loudly and I can't think straight.

I roll over the driver seat and started the engine. I put my gun in the dashboard, and the stranger get in.

“ What's your name again?” I asked.

“Drive”, he commanded, not answering my question. I rolled my eyes before carelessly drive away from the place. Some Scorpions saw our car almost leaving the parking lot, they shoot the car and then my companion get something in his back seat. It was a riffle, he opened the window enough for him to shoot the other in our way.

We finally reached the national road, thankfully, but it wasn't the end. We are followed by almost three black cars including Dion's.

"f**k”, I cursed in my breath seeing Amal driving the car in the rearview mirror.

"Where are we going this time?" "I'm not sure where we're going," I frantically told the guy.

"We need to get rid of them first before going to the hideout," he said calmly, pulling out his phone for the second time.

"We are being followed, track where we can go to lose them," he said as he loaded a magazine into his gun.

"Okay, got it," he said after a few seconds before hanging up. I believe he has difficulty speaking more than three words. When they started shooting at the car, I accelerated.

"Left, then straight." Allow the car to enter the lake once you see it. " He said that, and it made me look in his direction."

We are now in the road, fewer cars are passing. The car at our back tried to get closer in our distance, bumping the back of ours. I gulped, seeing my companion shoot as long as he can. I can now see the lake, but I am afraid to drove there. He's totally crazy for making me jump there. I won't ever do that, I'm in my sane for Pete's sake.

"When are you going to drive in the water?" " He said irritably.

"Why would I do something like that?" Please give me a reason! " We were thrown in front of the collision of two cars that were now bumping.
