4 JUNE 2017 Emily thought that she had got off at the wrong stop. It should have been busy on a Saturday afternoon, but she exited the Tube with only a couple of other people. She was in a residential area, and there was nothing except houses and a small convenience store at the corner. Rowan was there though. When she looked to her left, there he was. “Emily,” he said with a smile and stepped closer to her. Every time they met, he looked so grateful to see her that he must have expected her not to show up.
