Birth
In 1936, Victor celebrates 4 years without much perspective on life, he only observes the world around him. His mother's sweet words, his father's effort, but he doesn't understand his brother's suffering, the atmosphere always changes when he appears. This is one of his first emotions, fear and yet a level of security but very confusing. (What is feeling. Feelings and Emotions There are 6 basic emotions in the human being: disgust, anger, fear, surprise, joy and sadness. First, we have to differentiate feelings from emotions. Although in many cases these two terms are used interchangeably, we will see the definition of each of them: Emotions are impulses that involve automatic reactions and constitute an innate set of integrated adaptation, synthesis of data from previous experiences that the person has lived, desires, projects and the value system itself. Feelings can be understood as a subjective state of the person that is produced as a result of the emotions that cause something or someone. They are an affective mood and are generally long-lasting. They are an internal guide to how a person runs his life and faces the environment. Feeling: the types of feelings can be divided into negative (sadness, fear, hostility, frustration, anger, despair, guilt, jealousy), positive (happiness, humor, joy, love, gratitude, hope) and neutral (compassion, surprise) . 1- The sadness This feeling appears in response to events considered unpleasant or undesirable. The person feels discouraged, wants to cry and low self-esteem. The main triggers of sadness are physical or psychological separation, loss or failure, disappointment or helplessness. 2- Anger Anger is defined as an irritability or anger response that occurs when a person feels his or her rights are violated. The main triggers of anger are situations in which the individual feels hurt, cheated or betrayed. These are situations that block the person and prevent him from reaching his goal. 3- Fear This feeling is produced by the appearance of a danger or by its possible appearance soon. It serves as an alarm signal, warning of the proximity of a danger to the integrity of the individual. The fear that the person feels will be related to the real or subjective resources or capacities that he has to face him. That is, in cases where the person believes that he has enough resources to deal with the situation, they have a greater sense of fear than if you know you can get away with the event. 4- Hostility It is defined as a feeling of resentment, acrimony and indignation that is accompanied by implicit verbal and / or motor responses. The main triggers are physical violence and indirect hostility. When the person realizes that another individual shows attitudes of irritability, resentment or suspicion towards him or a loved one around him. 5- Despair This feeling is characterized by a subjective belief in the person that he has little or no alternative to changing an unpleasant situation. Or he feels unable to mobilize his own energy and use it to his advantage. This feeling is taken into account in cases of people with depression because, as several studies have shown, it correlates with autolytic ideas and attempts. The main triggers are usually a decline or deterioration in physical and / or psychological status, social isolation and long-term stress. 6- Frustration This feeling appears when a person's expectations are not met because he is unable to achieve what is intended. The greater the expectations or desires to achieve it, the greater the feeling of frustration, if not achieved. The main trigger is the failure of a desire or hope to achieve something. 7- hate It is defined as antipathy or aversion to something or someone. In addition, a feeling of desire for evil appears to the hated subject or object. The main triggers are the people or events that cause suffering or threaten the person's existence. 8- Failure The feeling of guilt arises from the belief or feeling of having violated personal or social ethical standards, especially if someone has been harmed. The main trigger is the lack (or the belief in having committed it) that a person produces and which results in remorse and bad conscience. 9- Jealousy It is defined as the feeling that a person experiences when he suspects that the loved one feels love or affection for another person, or when he feels that another person prefers a third person over him. Different situations that are real or perceived as threatening by the person can trigger these kinds of feelings. Positive feeling These feelings are those that generate in the person a state of subjective well-being, in which the situation is valued as beneficial and involves pleasant and desirable sensations. In addition, numerous studies have indicated the benefits of having positive feelings, notably among others: Greater thinking flexibility Encourages creativity and a broader view of the situation. They act as a buffer for negative feelings, because both are incompatible. Protect the person's physical and mental health, for example, by acting against stress and avoiding the harmful consequences of it. And they favor social ties, they not only produce well-being in us, but also in those around us. Next, we will name and define the most common positive feelings: 10- Happiness This feeling has a great impact on the person. It is the way in which life is positively valued as a whole and in its different aspects, such as family, couple or work. A whole series of benefits derived from happiness has been demonstrated, such as increased empathy, creativity, learning or altruistic behaviors. The main triggers are the achievement on the part of the person of conquests or goals that he / she wants and the congruence between what he / she wants and what he / she has. 11- Humor It refers to the perception of a stimulus as fun and can be accompanied by physical expressions such as smiling or laughing. It also gives the person a good predisposition to perform a task. Triggers can be very varied and of various types, although a situation or social environment is usually involved. 12- Joy This feeling is characterized by producing a good mood and personal well-being, in addition, the individual who is in this state tends to have a constructive and optimistic attitude. The trigger is usually an event that the person perceives as favorable. It can also be accompanied by a physical signal, such as a smile. It can be a passing state as a result of a specific event (passing an exam or getting a job), or a life trend or the usual attitude with which a person runs his or her life. 13- Love This feeling is defined as the affection we feel for a person, animal, thing or idea. Triggers are the subjective perceptions or assessments that we make of the other person. Other factors, such as loneliness or insecurity, can lead to feeling love as a necessity. 14- Gratitude This feeling is what you experience when a person values the favor or benefit that someone has given them. It is accompanied by the desire to correspond with the same treatment. The main triggers can be the actions taken by another person, or a feeling of general well-being that the person values and therefore appreciates. 15- Hope This feeling is defined as the belief on the part of whom he can achieve the objectives or goals that have been proposed. The individual believes that he has the capacity or resources necessary to deal with a given situation. In addition, this feeling can act as a stimulus, providing motivation and energy that is directed precisely to achieve what is proposed. The triggers can be very varied. On the one hand, the person's confidence in himself. On the other hand, an adverse situation can predispose the person to hope to overcome it. Neutral feeling They are those that, when produced, do not lead to pleasant or unpleasant reactions, but will facilitate the appearance of subsequent emotional states. Some of the main neutral feelings are: 16- Compassion It is the feeling by which a person can feel sorry for another person who is suffering or who is in an unpleasant situation and is also willing to accompany him / her in this process. The triggers can be varied, but they are usually linked to an unpleasant situation that a person in the environment is going through, although it does not necessarily have to be a loved one or an acquaintance. 17- The surprise It is defined as the reaction caused by something new, strange or unforeseen. The person's attention is directed to process and analyze the stimulus that caused the reaction. The triggers are those stimuli that are not expected and that came on suddenly, or that occur in an unusual context. Values have changed, inverted. Today being correct is tacky, speaking in a certain way or your opinion, there are so many interpretations, rude, wrong, prejudiced. Being polite is strange and can sometimes be a loophole to judge you.)
