Chapter 10Julie sat in the park opposite Georgia's house and watched her walk down the street holding her daughter's hand. The two were chatting and laughing. A pang of jealousy at the obvious bond between them tugged at her heart. Her vision blurred. She couldn't believe how much their daughters looked alike. Wiping away the tears only strengthened the belief she was doing the right thing. Mother and daughter disappeared into the school on the corner. It was mid-August. Frank had told her Kaela attended the summer school fun day program four mornings a week. She deliberately picked today, knowing Georgia would be alone.
