Chapter 7 Finally Missions

"There you are! I've been looking for you all around the town." Liam said happily after finding Violet.

[You could have just told me in your head where you were. And good job on completing your first mission.] Violet answered in his head since Zeke was still there.

[Why are you carrying him anyways?]

[Oh. I almost forgot about him.]

[You are literally carrying him right now. How bad is your memory?]

Liam quickly looked towards Zeke but he wasn't looking at him, he was looking around with a scared face.

"What's wrong?" Liam asked him.

"I am not allowed in here. Can you put me down?" He answered going back to his cold and unfeeling face. How a child could do that was amazing and sad at the same time. "She's coming."

"What do you mea..."

"Hey you bastard! How dare you enter my town. Do you want me to beat you up.again?" Someone said in a very high pitched voice making Liam wince. He then looked up and saw a young girl, probably his age, glaring at Zeke in his arms. From her voice he could tell she was a banshee.

[No she is not. She is the daughter of the baron and a human. She is also one of the friends of the Female Lead.] Violet sighed before informing him. [You should help Zeke. I feel like this is a hidden mission, I could be wrong though.]

[I need to talk to you about those. But for now let's focus on her.]

"And who are you to decide whether he can stay or not. This town is not your property." Liam said loudly a little angry he was being ignored. Hahahaha take that b***h no one ignores me.

She looked at him with disgust, probably because of his clothes they were covered in mud, before saying; "And who you might be? Not like I care anyway. Just looking at the bastard with you I can tell you are like him. Guards kick them out!"

Her guards looked at him menacingly. *Sigh* these uneducated people were going to beg him after they found out who he was. Seems like they didn't pay attention to the tattoo at his head since he was covered in mud from the fight. Probably thinking he was a peasant because of his clothes.

"I didn't know the people in this town were so uneducated. Wasn't your father the one who begged us to come here?" Take that bitches.

"Throw him in the prison. And I want that winged-fox. It will look good as my pet. A rare beast for someone like me."

Suddenly the guards surrounded him. His Uncle was still not done so, he will have to fight. He closed his eyes and a blue mist surrounded him.

With a roar (that awakened Lucien from beating up the already dead man) he appeared from the mist. He was 8 meters in length right now. A lot smaller than his Uncle but he would grow bigger as he grew up. Zeke was clutching his neck so he didn't fall down. He picked him up with his mouth and put him down before biting a guard and throwing him away.

That was how a one sided beat down started. He swung his tail sending atleast five of the guards flying. A guard finally out of his shocked state yelled before trying to stab him with his sword. Useless since his scales were very strong but the guard didn't know that.

That was the scene his Grandfather (I have decided to name him Maddox) who was here on business saw when he looked up annoyed at the noise. He didn't know it was Liam from afar but it was still one of his kind, a cub at that. He used his magic to slam the guard on a wall before appearing right before Liam. Lucien also appeared still shifted and all.

Seems like there was no need for him to fight anymore. Liam thought happily before picking up Zeke and shifting back. The b***h girl stood there shocked probably not expecting that. Hehehe take that.

"Are you alright? I knew I should have come with you too. Look at all this mess. What exactly happened?" Maddox asked after shifting back. He nearly got a heart attack when he noticed it was Liam who was the guard attacking. He knew the situation must be serious since Liam hated fighting.

Violet also stopped flying and settled down on Maddox's shoulder like a muffler.

"It is all this girl's fault. She told her guards to attack us and throw us in the prison for no reason. She even tried to kidnap Violet." He said like he was wronged. And hugged his Grandfather to show him he was scared all the while he was laughing evilly inside.

Violet who could hear him "..."

Zeke who was forced into a hug ಠ_ಠ

"What is going on here? Hannah what are you doing here?" The baron rushed here as soon as he heard two Dragons were shifted and fighting. And his daughter was there too. He had hoped his daughter had nothing to do with it.

"Daddy these people just killed my guards and disrespected me in front of everyone. Since they are Dragons tell them I might forgive them if they apologize and leave that boy here as my slave." She said. Hannah was spoiled because her Father listened to her every whim. She was one of those typical, never heard No in their life, girls. She didn't care about Dragons according to her, her daddy could protect her.

Besides the young dragon was handsome. She couldn't wait to show off that she had a dragon as a pet Dragon. As she was day dreaming so, she failed to notice how everyone had gone silent.

Maddox was angry at these people, Who did they think they were? He had left for an hour and he felt like so many things here didn't make sense. Why was his grandson carrying a boy, a succubus at that? He didn't have any problem with him being a succubus but Why was his very gay grandson carrying him?

Why was his son covered in blood? And for God sake Who was this girl who wanted his grandson to become her slave? and throw him into prison? He would have beaten her up if she wasn't a young girl. "Make his grandson her slave" the audacity of her to say such words.

It was Liam who answered his questions and told him the whole story. How he was walking in the forest when an old man attacked him and How this girl attacked him for absolutely no reason. He was Innocent.

He glared at his son, whom he told to take care of Liam before glaring at the baron.

"I didn't know there was such a thing involved when you begged us to visit. First your daughter attacked my Grandson, whose one hair is more valuable than your whole barony. Now she has the courage to insult our Clan by saying she will enslave my cub. I will leave right now to bring my grandson back to the Clan, but I will be back to settle things with you." He said in a dangerous tone. Liam quickly added;

"And if you even touch this boy, I will destroy this town. He is under my protection."

Maddox and Lucien looked at him weirdly but let him do what he wanted. He got a "Good job" from Violet in his head.

Reward : Artifact (Necklace of Healing)]

[What is that?]

[It is an Artifact. It heals the one who wears it if he/she gets hurt.] Violet answered lazily. He was enjoying this world, all he had to do was sleep, be lazy and be pampered.

[It's cool but I don't need it since I already heal so fast. Maybe I should give it to Zeke.]

[Do whatever you want it's yours now anyways. but remember to give a drop of his blood to the necklace to transfer ownership]

Liam walked to a small alley and put Zeke down. The Artifact appeared in his hand as he thought about it and he put it around Zeke's neck. The necklace was simple with a Sun pendant and runes written all over it.

"I am sorry."

He said and pricked Zeke's finger with a small pin he had, Zeke winced slightly but didn't pull back. Liam placed Zeke's finger on the necklace. It shined before turning into a tattoo on Zeke's neck. He then sneakily put a pouch of gold coins in his (Zeke's) robe pocket which his grandfather had given him. Zeke didn't notice and looked at him curiously, his cold face long gone.

"I don't know when we'll meet again so, a small gift for you." Liam smiled at him sadly. Zeke looked at the tattoo on his neck than at him with his Pink eyes before smiling at him.

"Thank you" He said his cheeks turning pink before running away and out of sight.

Liam sighed as he turned to look at his Uncle and Grandfather who were still threatening the Baron.

Violet opened his eyes and looked at Liam. The higher system had told him what happened to his Host and Zeke. He really wished they would finally be happy in this world.

Liam was so excited at the aspect of transmigrating that he never questioned why he was the one who was chosen? or Why out of hundreds of characters, Zeke was the only one he was supposed to save? He really was so innocent nothing like the villain he was supposed to be.

"You not only destroyed every chance I had at business with them but made them our enemies. People are scared to come to Mint Ville in case they anger the Clan. *Sigh* You are too spoiled. My business is nearly..." The baron yelled at his daughter who ignored him.

She was more worried about that handsome dragon who left. She didn't even have the chance to exchange names. But she was sure he would come back. No one could escape her beauty. And when he did come back she would allow him to become her betrothed. The slave idea was not possible anymore because of him being a Dragon and their pride. She day-dreamed ignoring her screaming father. She knew no one could stop her from doing what she wanted. She was Elizabeth Willow after all.
