Chapter 26 – What does she want from me

Jayden’s POV

I was laying in the bed unable to sleep looking at my beautiful new wife peacefully sleeping in my arms. I have waited to long to have her and I refuse to let anyone ruin our relationship. I hear my phone send me a notification and I wanted to ignore it but I thought it may be Christian. If it is that asshole, he is getting a piece of my mind because he knows this is my wedding night. I laugh then reach over to grab my phone off the nightstand. I look down at the message and it is Chloe saying we need to talk. What the hell is wrong with this girl. Before I can respond she tells me that she is standing at my suite door come out or she will make a scene. I get up quickly because I don’t want her to make problems for us at the resort. I wander why the hell she is even here, the security at the resort was told to throw her ass out. I shake my head and head to the door. I send Christian a text telling him to come to our room. After he send me the response that he was on the way I relaxed and open the door. I stood there shocked at the sight before me.

I hear Christian speak from behind her before I get the chance to say something. “ What the hell are you doing walking around the resort in f*****g Lingerie?” Christian ask. She ignores him and pushes her way into the room. Christian and Caleb follow us inside. “Chloe you got two seconds to explain to me why you are here now making trouble for me when you know I will ruin your family. How dare you come to my room dressed like that, what is the plan to cause problems between my wife and me. You got some nerve.” I say. “You think I care about your b***h. I don’t she is the reason our marriage didn’t work. You can deny it all you want, but you never gave us a chance because you were always hung up on that b***h. Now you listen to me and listen good, I refuse to let that b***h have you. I am going to give you three days to divorce the b***h and come back to me and our daughter. Or I will make your life with that b***h hell. She doesn’t get to come in and have you just because she couldn’t keep her own husband happy.” Chloe said. This b***h is delusional I never realized how crazy she is. At that moment I lose my mind and grab her around the neck and start to choke this b***h. “Did you f*****g forget who the hell I was, you don’t get to come in here and threaten the women I love and still walk out breathing. If memory serves me correct, I never touch so you better go back to one of the many men you were sleeping with to find the father of your daughter. I promise you don’t want to play with me because that damn child is not mine.” I say. I never see Madison come in the room until she touches my arm and tells me to let Chloe go.

She stands up gasping for air before she burst out into laughter. “ I have never seen such a despicable person like you. So now you are claiming that Jayden is the father of your child when you clearly know that it takes s*x to have a person's child. I was told he never touched you so either you are lying, or he is and I think I’m going to believe my husband instead of some psycho b***h trying to get attention. So, I suggest you get back on a plane before I put a bullet in your head. I would hate to leave your child and orphan since you don’t know who the father is.” Madison says. Chloe starts to laugh but stops immediately when she sees Madison is actually pointing a gun to her head. What the actual f**k, she got my gun out of the nightstand. I am scared to say anything because she looks furious. I really just want Chloe to shut up because I have never seen such a cold look in my wife eyes before. I tried to ease close to Madison to take the gun out of her hand, but she sides step and dodge me touching her. She is really pissed off, but I hope not at me because she looks downright scary right now.

“You really think you are special. You think just because you are daddy’s little girl you can go around doing whatever you want but news flash Madison you are nothing special. If you meant so much to Jayden in the first place, he wouldn’t have married someone else. You may believe the lies that Jayden tells you about never sleeping with me, but he remembers that morning that we woke up and I was in his arms. That is the night we conceived our daughter.” Chloe says. I don’t remember what night she is talking about, but I need to speak up fast because Madison looks angry. “Chloe what the f**k are you talking about. I don’t remember ever waking up with you in my arms. I think I would have remembered that shit.” I say. She just stands there laughing like a lunatic. “ Listen Chloe what do you plan to accomplish by doing all of this. My brother has moved on and married Madison. You had your chance with him and you blew it by stealing from him and attempting to drug him. There is no turning back he has moved on, and I suggest you do the same for the sake of your daughter.” Caleb says. This b***h just starts laughing again.

“You think that was the only time that I drugged Jayden well let me tell I was successful the first time I tried. I was tired of him trying to act like he didn’t find me attractive so when he came home one night and went to the kitchen to get his food out of the microwave his bitchy maid left. Well my dear Jayden I put a little something special in the food so that I could get what I wanted from you. Once I was sure the medicine had taken affect I climbed in the bed with you and we had an amazing time. It’s not my fault that you didn’t remember the night we had together, but my daughter does belong to you.” Chloe said.

I try hard to remember what she is talking about but I have no memory of what she is saying. “Listen if that’s true then Jayden needs a blood test because we have video footage of you and another man that works at our company sleeping together. That is how you stole all the money from us, so we need proof.” Christian says. I look up to see the disappointed look on Madison face. I will not let this b***h disrupt my life anymore than she has in the past. She is just standing there like she has won, with an annoying smirk on her face. I want to slap it off. “Once we get the paternity test done and I prove that my daughter belongs to you. Then you will do everything I tell you to do, or I will make your life a living hell. You are going to divorce that b***h over there and remarry me. Let her go back to her own husband and leave mine alone.” Chloe says. Before anyone has a chance to respond to her, we hear a guy shot ring off in the air. What the hell just happen!
