Chapter 13Emma and I spent the rest of the afternoon at the pet store talking to a friendly salesman about how to care for a rabbit. Had I thought ahead, I would've called to see if the shop had any puppies available to adopt. As luck would have it, they did. Unfortunately, it was bad luck for me.
