Fixing my mistake

Rhydians pov: While Jana was eating food, i decided to go upstairs because i knew i would regret saying something to her. So i walked up the stairs and closed the door to my room. i ended going up to the little cabinet i had in my room, where there was a fridge i opened it and grabbed a bud light beer bottle and chugged down the entire thing trying to drown out my anger and sorrow. Satisfied i finished it. i threw the bottle in a fit of anger and screamed god***it. Today was so horrible my mate wouldn't speak to me and i felt like my heart was ripped out of my chest. i sighed and called maids to clean up the mess. They rushed in with their supplies. One of them asked are you alright sir? i sigh and respond back yeah I'm fine just needed to release some pent up anger. She puts her stuff down and sits on the bed next to me she says can i give you a word advice yelling at your mate to forgive you is not the best way to go. If i were you... i would try to change your cruel ways. I understand how hard this is for you but do you want to protect her? I looked at the maid and for the first time in my life I'm speechless because this maid has always been a mother figure to me then my actual mother. I hesitantly responded y...yes, i..i...i do. She smiled at me and i gave her a quick hug. At last i said thanks this is exactly what i needed. She nodded and joined the other maid finishing cleaning up. Once finished they both left my room. i got into bed and tried to sleep but thoughts of Jana and how she looked at me. Had myself tossing and turning all night then at one point i could only look at the ceiling. in my head i only had one thing on my mind i need to make this right. I need to fix my mistake.It was finally morning and i was exhausted anyone could tell i couldn't sleep. After getting out of bed i had to go to the office and work on my alpha duties.This work is gonna be the death of me f***, ok so the Lunar Pack needs help with rogue situation, the River Pack needs shelter cause their home was destroyed and the Shadow pack needs an alliance because most of there members were poisoned or slaughtered. I bring my hand to head all of this is giving me a headache, i sigh it took me at least 3 hours to propose ideas to the  council about we should do with each pack. Finally when i was done i knew this is the  moment i have been waiting for i need to go see my mate. I reserved a table in the dining hall where there is a very fancy chandelier, on the table is very refined china silver ware set on both sides. a candle was lit making the room a orangy glow. Ok everything is perfect the table is set, the food is getting prepared now all i have to is convince my mate to dine with me and give her this beautiful fuchsia dress. I walked up the steps and turned into the hallway.I'm standing in front of Jana's door i get very nervous and feel very sweaty. Cautiously i slowly knocked on her door. Jana opens the door but as soon as she see's my face, she quickly tries to slam the door in my face but with my werewolf strength i kept it open. Beginning to talk i said to her wait, look I'm very sorry about my behavior but i would like to make it up to you. I would very much like you to come join me for a feast in the dining hall and i got you this dress because i thought this color would look nice on you. Seeing my mate with a shocked expression, she nods and goes back in the room and i walk down to the dining hall sitting at the table waiting for her. 45 minutes had passed and hear clicking of the heels on the marble floor. I look up and my mate is beyond gorgeous, my mouth dropped open then i got up and pulled out the chair for Jana. She says thanks. The waiters were coming out with most scrumptious food that smelled incredible.it was different varieties of seafood which included salmon,mussels,clams,crab,lobster,cod,snapper,scallops and tuna. we each grabbed our food and piled it as high as a tower while eating the room was dead silent as if a pin would drop. I could tell Jana really loved it because she moans and keeps saying it was the best thing she ever tasted. So i begin saying to her Jana I'm sorry you see me as this cruel but the truth is now I'm trying to be better and i really want this to work because honestly I'm falling in love with you. Did i seriously just blurted that out oh my f*****g god... why. i couldn't keep the blush from my face. Jana has a shocked expression and slowly tries to process  what i just said. She starts talking wait... you... love me? no one has ever said that to me before, I'm very shocked but to be honest after these last few days I've been noticing how much i love you too. Im willing to give us a chance but do you mind if we take things slow i would rather go at my own pace. I reply to her of course my mate anything you say also i just remembered we need to start your private sessions as soon as possible... There have been many rogue attacks at certain packs and we need to make sure your ready. So how does tomorrow sound? Jana replies that sounds perfect.
