Chapter Sixteen

"I'll be back tonight. I need to phone Ian and Mel." I said pulling my phone out as Norman was about to interrupt me but I put my finger up telling him to shush.

He was pissed at me and I could see it.

I phoned Ian first "I'm purchasing a plane ticket to come get you. Meet me at the airport in 6 hours. I need to be back for tomorrow night for work... No buts Ian. I don't care what you say. Be there!" I snapped the phone shut and dialled Mel's number.

"hey bitch." She answered

"f**k you too" I laughed

"what's up? Oh hey I'm moving in with you next month. I'm staying with a friend because I fell out with Jordan again, I want nothing to do with him." She sighed.

"what did he do now?" Jordan was her friend with benefits. They weren't dating just having s*x and living together.

" Drugs again." She replied

"oh okay.. Well I'm coming over today, to bring Ian over he moved out, why don't you come with. Move over early?" I suggested.

It was quiet for a moment "sure, you'll be here in about 6 hours right?" I nodded then remembered she couldn't see me.

"Yeah. If you're ordering your ticket then order anther two and I'll give you the money" I quickly said as I heard her laptop start up.

"I'm gonna go purchase my ticket for coming over" I said as closed the phone and turned to Norman who was on the laptop.

"What you doing? And go for it yell at me" I said sitting beside him

"ordering two tickets in coming with you." I sighed but didn't bother arguing with him.

"I need to tidy before we leave then. Fix some room in my closet for Mel as she'll be in my room with me and Ian in the spare room" I stood up and Norman grabbed my wrist.

"Why don't we just move your clothes in my apartment and let them take your apartment?" That would mean I wouldn't be alone and I would feel safe I nodded and grabbed some clothes and put them in the wardrobe Norman had cleared some room in for me.

I smiled seeing it. "Wait here." I shouted from the door of his apartment I just nodded an walked through to the seating area. I stood looking out of place and Norman came back with Boots and her bowls I raised my eyebrows at him

"she's moving in too" he said and I giggled. "Come on we need to get on the bike to get to the plane in time." He said grabbing his keys.

" um no. We are taking my car. We can't fit four people on your bike when we are back" I replied grabbing my keys.

He nodded "forgot" I giggled and we left to go to the airport. We got to the airport and started boarding the plane. I was nervous ad excited to see my brother and bestfriend even though Mel left the other week.

We arrived in Scotland. We stepped out into the freezing cold night air! It was about 10pm. "Good old Scottish air" I said out loud and received a chuckle from Norman.

We walked into the airport and looked around for them. "Come outside I'm gonna phone both of them! They are supposed to be here!" I said getting angry Norman just stayed quiet and followed me.

We got outside and I turned my phone on and dialled Ian's number "hello?" He asked.

"where are you and Mel?" I snapped at him.

"Woah just pulling into the airport big sis. Calm down!" He said, he trying to push my buttons already.

"Get a move on then!" I snapped the phone shut "they are just coming" I said turning to Norman who pulled me for a hug. We stayed like that for ages until we heard someone shout "get a room" it was Ian.

He approached us and hugged me spinning me around crushing my bones.

"jackass! Hey Mel!" I said "Ian this is Norman, Norman this is my arrogant jackass of a little brother Ian" I said and they shook hands.

"aren't you gonna introduce Mel to him?" Ian asked.

"no they know each other she was in Georgia last week." I replied hugging Mel. He just shrugged and walked inside

"Sage, I'll have to give you a IOU for the money for the flights" Ian said quickly taking his ticket from Mel

"nothing new" I replied glaring at him we walked in and had to wait about 30 minutes after putting their bags at the front desk before getting to board the plane.

Ian was already bugging the s**t out of me. "I might kill him already." I whispered to Norman.

"no you won't. You can't leave me" he looked down to me and pulled me in for a kiss. We pulled away when Mel took a picture of us.

"That's going on Twitter now" she replied and we just laughed. About 10 minutes later we were getting rushed into board the plane early just us four as the press was surrounding the place.

"sorry guys, I didn't know that would happen." Mel said in the seat infront of us

"it's okay" Norman replied to her and Ian started singing loudly after plugging himself in to his iPod that was mine! I stood up and slapped his head grabbing the iPod out of his hands

"ow!" He shouted.

"my iPod! You had it this whole time! I thought I lost it!" I replied looking through it and onto the pictures where he had pictures of girls topless I rolled my eyes!

"Urg! You and your porn!" I said handing it back to Ian.

Norman just laughed "yeah us guys and our porn" I shot him a look and be just laughed. By this time everyone was getting on the plane we all soon fell asleep as the plane started taking off.

I woke up to Norman telling me that we were here. I got up and he grabbed my hand and the others followed behind us.

We got to my car and Ian's face just dropped "how did you afford this?" He asked me

"I didn't Frank my boss got me it for being here!" I replied looking at the time it was now 5am I sighed and got into the drivers side.

"Shotgun!" Norman shouted before anyone else could shout it. I just started laughing as both Mel and Ian huffed getting into the back. It was a short drive back to the complex it took about a hour. We headed upstairs Norman took Mels back for her and Ian carried his own I took them into my apartment and pointed them to the kitchen that was to the right as we walked in and then told them the bathroom was to the left and took them down the hallway to the rooms.

"Mel your in my room there" I gestured for her to go into the room to the left "and Ian your in the guest bedroom" I nodded to the right they went and dumped there stuff on the bed

"Sage you don't have to give up your bed for me" Mel said coming out

"oh I wasn't , I was gonna be sharing the bed with you but I'm gonna sleep next door." I replied casually

"next door?" Ian asked walking over to the door.

"yeah." I replied they both looked at each other and back at me.

"who lives next door? Don't tell me you have two apartments" Ian said

"no. I'm staying with Norm" I replied walking away it was now 6:30am and Norman had just walked in.

"I think eye likes Boots" he said I smiled

"did you get her little tray earlier?" I asked.

"no, she seems to be using eyes and he's okay with it" he shrugged "okay I'm shattered, you coming to bed?" He asked me I nodded.

"guys there's two sets of keys one for each of yous, I'm going to bed and you guys should do the same. I start...we start work tomorrow at 4pm and don't finish until 10pm" I said gesturing towards Norman "but I am off the next day and while Norman works I can show you guys to the nearest grocery store because I ain't buying everything" I said walking out and heard Ian say

"we shall see" I sighed closed the door and walked to Normans door "oh s**t, wait the laptop!" I ran back to my door knocking on it Ian opened already holding the laptop.

"I'll take that thank you" I said taking it from his hands and walking away

"whatever" he mumbled back.

I walked into Norman's apartment "hey do you think Steven will be up? I wanna give him the laptop back now so I don't forget and he doesn't knock on my door looking for me"

I asked as he lay on the bed "dunno, go find out?" He shrugged getting up to follow me

"it's okay, I can go myself y'know " I teased Norman as he kept following me

"I know but I wanna go too" he pouted.

I knocked on Stevens door and waited "I take that as a no." I sighed and Norman reached over me knocking louder and harder I just sighed and Steven opened the door.

"What?" He snapped looking at Norman.

"sorry Steven it was him the second time, didn't know if you were up and wanted to give this back so you don't come knocking on my door later and be surprised that my place is occupied by Mel and my brother" I handed the laptop over.

"Oh. It's okay, I'm goin back to bed and when did Mel get here? I thought she left?" He asked quickly

"she did, but I had to pick my brother up because he moved out of my fathers and had no where to go, so we got a plane over there last night and got back about a hour or so ago. And Mel moved over too." I shrugged.

"uh-too early for this conversation I'll speak to you later" I nodded and left him standing at the door.

I walked behind Norman as he walked into his apartment and wrapped my arms around his torso pushing my head into his back as he stood there "thank you for everything" I mumbled.

He turned around lifting me up by the waist and I wrapped my legs around him "anything for you" he kissed my head walking to the bedroom so we could get some sleep.

"I set...my...alarm...for 3....pm" I said inbetween kissing him on the lips he smiled and put me down so I could get changed, I just stripped into my underwear and grabbed on of his tops and slipped it over my head. When Norman returned he had checkered bottoms on and no top. I smiled and he raise his eye brows as he saw the shirt I was wearing. I jumped into bed and Norman came over too and started hugging me, I smiled as I soon started to fall asleep.
