Chapter Twelve

I just stood there in shock at what she said to me. Norman likes me? As in like likes me? What is happening right now?
"w-what?" i manage to stumble out as she waved her hand in front of mine.
"didn't you hear me? I said Norman likes you, I over heard Andrew asking him what he thought of you and he said that he thought you were gorgeous and he likes you but doesn't know if you like him." she said smirking at me.
"oh my god. Are you serious?" i said getting excited a little.
"yes!" she said grabbing me and hugging me.
"What do i do?" i said suddenly panicking.
"what do you do about what?" I heard a voice behind me, i spun around and there stood Norman and Andrew smiling at us.
"nothing, what you guys doing here? i thought you guys were outside?" i looked from Andrew to Norman and they smirked
"oh no." Lauren said i looked at her confused. My head still spinning from what Lauren said.
"w-what?" Norman and Andrew started chuckling
"when you gonna learn Sage" my face dropped getting to what they were talking about.
"s**t" i ran over the bed.
Lauren was too slow before Andrew grabbed her and flung her over his shoulder and started walking out and she screamed "run Sage."
Norman chuckled slowly walking over the bed as i was about to jump onto it and he leaped on and grabbed my waist falling onto the bed in the process. He was laying on top of me again smirking.
"I'm not giving up this time" i smirked back causing him to chuckle.
"we shall see" he replied looking down to my lips and back to my eyes.
"we shall Mr Reedus" i said looking at him in the eyes. He was a little shocked at first that i called him that.
"Sage!" i heard a voice shout from downstairs.
"she'll be in the pool in a minute" Norman shouted back it sounded like Rooker?
I sighed "whats wrong?" he asked holding himself up on his arms.
"Rooker doesnt know whats happened over the last couple weeks. But i'm glad its you thats with me" i mumbled the last part looking away.
he smiled "i am too" he replied making me look at him, he started leaning in and we kissed.
It was a passionate kiss that told me that everything was going to be okay. I started smiling into the kiss and so did he.
"i need to talk to you" he mumbled against my lips.
"mhm" was all i got out. As we continued to kiss.
We soon broke apart when someone cleared their throat at the door, there stood a soaking wet Lauren and Andrew. Andrew whistled "you spoke to her" he said happily.
"not yet." Norman grumbled
Lauren butted in"no fair im the one whos soaking here and you get a make out sesh" she grumbled causing the three of us to laugh. i threw the pillow that was at my head at her.
"oh shes not getting away that easily" Norman smirked down to me grabbed me and putting me over his shoulder walking out
"i hate you Lauren" i shouted and heard them running after us to watch.
He carried me downstairs where my dad and Rooker burst out laughing knowing what was going to happen and of a sudden stopped when they seen the bruises over me. "I'll explain soon. Don't worry I'm ok.."
They both followed us to watch, Dad got his phone out and started recording it. I screamed as he threw me in.
"Dude!" i shouted resurfacing from the water, then got a big wave of water in the face as i realized that Rooker had pushed Norman in while my dad still recorded.
I laughed at him having a moan at Rooker and he noticed and started swimming towards me! s**t! i started swimming in the opposite direction getting out of the pool and running inside as Jefferey walked in the door.
I didn't realise he was gone. I ran and hugged him in my soaking wet swimming suit "Urg Sage! thanks for that" i giggled.
I heard someone come into the kitchen and spun around to a wet shirtless Norman looking at me smirking i made a break for the stairs and into the room. He ran after me.
"no, don't you dare." I said as he came over to me. I just stood there knowing he would get me, i started laughing and he came up to me "what do you wanna talk about?" i asked it was bugging me.
"em, maybe we should talk when we dont have people listening in" i looked passed him and saw a grinning Andrew.
I rolled my eyes "dude!" i shouted throwing a pillow "get lost" he huffed and walked away. I walked over and shut the door making sure he was gone and opened the closet. "turn around" i said to Norman and he done so walking over to his closet and getting changed into some dry clothes.
"damn it" i sighed getting cold.
"what?" he asked questioning me as i stood there in just a t-shirt.
"i want my cotton bottoms, but they are back at my apartment" i was rummaging through the cloths looking for bottoms when something was thrown at me. A pair or cotton bottoms i smiled. "thanks, wait you have a Blink top?" i asked walking over noticing it in his wardrobe he nodded "i'm wearing that!" i grabbed it from the closet and he chuckled
"okay then" i threw the bottoms on and the blink top. They were too big but would have to do. The bottoms were elasticated but still didnt fit, I sighed taking them off and chucked a pair of legging on instead walking over and putting them in his closet.
"the top suits you" he said quietly as i was standing finding a spot in the wardrobe for the bottoms. I just smiled and sat on the bed. "so" he said putting his hand on his neck showing he was nervous i smirked.
"so?" he sat beside me and I looked at him.
"yeah i was talking to Andrew in the pool earlier and he asked me what i thought of you and i told him that you were horrible." he smirked at me
"no you didn't" i punched him on the arm playfully
"how would you know?" he questioned i shrugged
"Lauren easedropped" his smile dropped as his cheeks went red.
"she told you everything?" he questioned
"yes" i smiled looking right into his beautiful blue eyes
"Sage, will you go out with me? you already know i like you" i smiled.
"yes, Norman. I will, you already make me feel safe and i have feelings for you too" the worry disappeared from his eyes.
"um can i make it official?" i nodded and he stood up pulling me up too and held my hand. I looked at him and he bent down a little while i stood on my toes leaning in and kissing him.
We walked out of the room and down the stairs holding hands, i smiled as i realized he wanted to tell everyone about us. He squeezed my hand as we walked outside and everyone looked and then saw the hands they all went into shock and i laughed and Norman joined in too.
"damn it" i heard Chandler mumble.
"sorry kiddo, shes mine now" Norman said
"dont worry Chan, youll always have a place in my heart" i said messing his hair and his face went bright red and everyone burst out laughing.
"you guys making it official to the world?" Melissa asked i looked at Norman he smiled at me and nodded giving his phone to her to take a picture of us.
"wait maybe not this background, and make sure your location is off" i said getting worried, Norman noticed and pulled me close.
"it'll be okay, i promise" but dragged me inside and everyone followed and we stood against a while background facing each other, he hugged me and i smiled into his chest as i heard the click of the camera and he took his phone back looking at it.
"whats your twitter?" he questioned me? "um @dixons_girl1" i blushed and he smiled at me and followed me! I started fangirling and he chuckled even more and tweeted ' so happy to make this girl mine. @dixons_girl1.' and there was the photo attached i retweeted the tweet and went over to him hugging him.
My dad walked in and smiled "Sage, can i speak to you please?" i nodded and followed him into the seating area while Rooker followed too.
Norman watched from the kitchen. "What the hell happened sweetheart" Rooker spoke first checking my face out.
i sighed and told them everything. Rooker stood up first absolute furious and started swearing and threatening to kill Matt.
"im meant to be leaving in 30 minutes, to go back Scotland. But I'm cancelling the flight." My dad spoke worried.
"no. Go back to Scotland. There's nothing you can do. Let the police handle it.." I looked at him and looked at Rooker who was still pacing.
"i know. Your mother wants me back and there was a reason I came here in the first place" he spoke quietly..
"What do you mean? I asked getting an uneasy feeling..
"Your mum doesn't want anything to do with you now and doesn't want me speaking to you either. He looked at his feet.
"What?" I looked at him. "Are you seriously going to cut me out of your life with everything that's happening right now?" I almost yelled. Rooker stopped pacing and looked at us back and forth.
"She's my wife Sage. There isn't much I can do. I'm sorry" he spat standing up.
i tried blinking back the tears. "i need you dad" he looked away from me
"i know, but shes not happy when i told her I was coming to visit. Gave me a choice. Her or you. And you know what shes like Sage. Goodbye." he kissed my forehead
"daddy. Please don't" i whispered as he was heading to the door "im sorry Sage, but I choose her and your brothers." i was shocked
"Your choosing a very toxic women over your own daughter" Rooker yelled balling his fists up.
My dad just walked away and closed the door without another word.
I walked over to the door swung it open i could hear people behind me going into the kitchen "are you f*****g kidding me?! Your leaving me, your own flesh and blood and never speaking to me again for you b***h of a wife because she doesnt want you to speak to me!" i screamed.
I heard everyone go quiet. My dad looked at me and got in the car without saying another word. Rooker came over to the door and put an arm around me.
I shrugged his arm off me and turned to see Norman approaching me and everyone else standing at the kitchen doorway. I ran up the stairs trying to hold in the tears.
The time bought me back from when i was a couple years younger and everything was gong wrong where i would cut myself to feel in control of something while everything went to s**t. I stood up off the floor and grabbed a razor from the bath! I started cutting at my legs and it felt so good. I didnt want to stop.
"Sage?!" i heard a voice. It belonged to Rooker.
"go away and leave me alone Rooker, i dont want to talk" i shouted through the door and heard him talking to someone but couldnt make out who it was. So i carried on cutting.
NORMANS PROV.
I walked up the stairs and see Rooker at the top "she said she didnt want to speak to me, but im worried about her. Shes gone through alot of s**t in her life man. I dont want her to start cutting again"
My eyes went wide when i remembered the scars "surely she wouldnt?" i asked getting worried .
"i hope not, but it helped her alot a couple years back.
I nodded "hey do you think you can get everyone to leave including yourself, I'll message you tomorrow. Im going to speak to her."
Rooker nodded and went downstairs and shouted to everyone to get their stuff and leave. I stood at the top of the stairs and Lauren shouted "tell her to message me and tell her im here for her" i nodded and everyone left i walked to the bathroom door.
"Sage?" i asked.
"leave me alone." was all i got back.
"no, open the door Sage." i said sternly.
"n-no, leave me alone." i heard a glass bottle either being dropped or thrown against the wall.
"Sage open this damn door!" i was shouting now and got no reply. I ran downstairs and got a knife to unlock the door from my side. I ran upstairs heart pounding in my chest. I opened the door and she lay in the bath tub obviously where she had fallen.
"Sage" i ran over to her noticing all the blood. I pulled my phone to call an ambulance.
