Chapter Four

I woke up the next morning with a fur ball jumping on my head and tugging at my hair, which made me laugh. I picked Boots up and smiled at her and bought her to my chest hugging her and she started purring. I love the sound of her purrs, makes me feel wanted and that she enjoys my company. I sighed and she looked up to me and then ran out of the room causing me to giggled a little.

I rolled over grabbed my phone it was 10am "urg so early" I said out loud to myself.

I eventually rolled outta bed and went in the shower taking my time I just let the water run down me while thinking about what to do today. A lazy day? I think yes! 30 minutes later I got out the shower and walked around in my white fluffy towel and went over to the kitchen to start in breakfast, I popped some eggs and bacon on and then walked over to feed my adorable kitty. I slipped on a pair of dark blue leggings and my yellow long vest top with a stripy blue and white jumper. I went over and ate my food before popping on my Adidas converse on and thought about going for a drive somewhere.

I then realised I still had Normans blanket, i picked it up and grabbed my keys and phone and left the apartment and walked down the hall to Normans door. *knock knock* I waited until..

A half naked Norman opened the door sleepily and my jaw dropped and Norman must have seen my reaction as he woke up a bit and smirked at me "what did it rain over night?" He said looking at my hair that was still wet.

"Haha no.. Just out the shower and I thought I'd bring your blanket back to you, and thank you for that by the way." I replied trying to recover and not look at his body.

His stunningly beautiful body.. What is wrong with me! I had my hand rubbing the back of my neck when I'm nervous or shy while I handed him his blanket back

"uh.. Thank you for returning it, I guess. But how did you know it was mine?" He had his hand running his neck shyly too I noticed and so I just started fiddled with my fingers instead

"Andy" I replied smirking at him.

"damn it, ofcourse he told you.. Where you off to or are you going back to your apartment?" He asked with curiosity covering his face.

"nah I dunno where I'm going to be honest thought I'd go exploring and try not to get lost." I said giggling at him.

"Well let me see your phone" he held his hand out. I handed him my phone confused "my number is in there incase you get lost" he said blushing a little bit.

"Yeah.. I'll probably will get lost" I beamed blushing back. "Well I'm gonna go."

I started walking away when he stepped out "Sage?!" He shouted to me along the corridor.

"yeah?" I said turning around still trying not to look at his body.

"are you g-going out t-tonight with everyone?" He asked his eyes falling to the ground.

"I dunno maybe, if I'm not lost" I said giggling an started to walk away again before he could say anything.

I bumped into Lauren on the stairs " hey Sage." she beamed up at me.

"oh hey Lauren, where you of too?" I asked smiling back.

"Stevens gonna go over some lines with him" as she held up a script.

"aw that's cool" I smiled at her an winked. They are adorable in the show as Maggie and Glenn they would be adorable out of work too.

She was giggling "what about you? Where you of too?"

"Aw just for a drive, bored sitting inside" I said as I started walking down more steps.

"Bye" she shouted at me walking up the stairs.

"bye Lauren" I shouted back.

I got into my car, it was such a beauty of a car! I just started driving and about 2 and a half hours later I found the perfect spot. It was now 2pm and I stepped out of the car and started walking over to sit underneath a tree.

"Damn it, should have bought my sketch pad" I said sighing to myself. I jumped up when I heard someone cough behind me, I looked and saw a a guy he looked a couple years older than me, his skin was tanned he had short blonde hair with a beanie on top of it, he was quiet tall too and had brown eyes.

"Mind if I sit with you?" He asked as he snapped me out of my thoughts.

"Sure" I smiled and sat back down as he came and sat beside me.

He was stunning! "My names Damon" he said holding his hand out for me.

"Sage." I replied shaking his hand. "This place is so beautiful" I said smiling and looking out to a lake that stretched for miles.

"yes you are" he said looking at me intently.

"smooth" I replied looking at him with a sarcastic tone in my voice. We both chuckled. "So Damon what brings you out here to the middle of nowhere?" I asked being the curious person I am.

He looked smiled and simply replied with "it's peaceful and I like the view... What about you?" He looked over to me I blushed.

"needed out of my apartment for a while I guess, if I didn't then I'd just be thinking about being at home and get homesick I guess" I said with a half smile.

"Where ya from" he asked curiously.

"Scotland" my smile grew "hate the place but miss it to be honest"

"ah you're a Scottish chick." He said eyes wide.

I started laughing "what's that meant to mean?"

"Well everything you hear about Scottish chicks being tough and always fighting y'know" he shrugged

"oh yeah like we are all ginger too" I replied with sarcasm.

He chucked and I giggled too. "Your funny" he was still chuckling

"well thank you I don't try it come naturally" I said while standing up and taking a bow.

I sat back down and we sat and talked and got to know more about each other.

I checked the time "s**t! It's 4;30! I need to go home!" I said standing up suddenly.

"can I atleast have your number" he Shouted to me as I got to my car.

"Sure come here" I shouted back, he walked over and I gave him my number and he said he was gonna text me later tonight.

I said my goodbyes and started driving back. It took longer than expected since I got stuck in traffic! It was 7pm by the time I got home! I fed Boots and ran into my room and put more makeup on and brushed my hair. When there was a knock on my door..

I opened to see a annoyed Norman. "Hey" I smiled

"hey um, are you going tonight, my bike won't start and I tried your door a hour ago but you weren't in and I just heard your door close 5 minutes ago"

I nodded and he spoke and replied "yeah I'm going. I just got back from my trip out, took longer than expects and I'll give you a ride" I smiled and moved away from the door letting him in.

He was wearing jeans and a nice top that had a tie printed on it.

"Hold on I'm gonna quickly get changed" I ran away to my room and pulled out jeans and a Mrs naughty t-shirt that said born to be bad on it. Lame I know but I love it and my mum and dad got me it when I was 13.

I walked out and Norman chuckled at my top as he read it. I blushed and put my white shoes back on. "Ready?" I smiled at him.

"Ready" he said. We walked out locking the door behind me and go into my car.

*40 minutes later*

We arrived outside the restaurant, we were only like a hour and a bit late but who cares, we walked in and got shouted over by Andy.

"Hey guys" I said smiling at everyone "sorry we are late I just got back and Normans bike wouldn't start so I gave him a ride" I looked over to him who just nodded and sat down beside Andy.

"Sage sit here" Lauren shouted from the other side of the table.

Everyone was here including Jeffrey and Michael Rooker! Man I hadn't seen Rooker in a couple years I hadn't realised him sitting there until he got up and tackled me "hey girly miss me?" He said laughing and putting me down.

"OH MY GOD ROOKER!!!" I shouted going into a hug with him! "I haven't seen you in forever!" I said looking up to him.

He chucked and said "I know you need to keep in touch, we will have a catch up later" he said and went back and sat down and everyone was staring at him then to me and back. I giggled as I sat down.

"How do you know each other?" We got questioned by Emily and Robert the director.

"We go a long way back" Rooker said smiling at me and giving me a wink.

"way long back" I replied smiling back and everyone just shrugged it off.

My phone buzzed and I looked at it "hey beautiful, was nice to meet you today, hope we can hang out soon. Btw it's Damon xo" I smiled down at my phone and started blushing.

"oh Sage is talking to a mystery boy" Lauren said squealing and everyone looked at me questionably.

" no I went for a drive today and bumped into this boy, his name is Damon and we really hit it off I guess" I started blushing an everyone ohhh'd.

Rooker shouted "get in there baby girl" and winked at me I giggled and everyone started laughing apart from Norman he said something to Andy and Andy nodded and Norman got up and went outside.

I got up and went and sat beside Andy. "What's wrong with Norman?" I asked and he shrugged his shoulders. I got up and left the restaurant too and went to see if he was okay.

"Hey there you are" I said smiling as I walked towards Norman while he was smoking "y'know those things will kill you" I said taking it from his hand and having a draw and handing it back.

His eyes widened "you can talk" he snapped.

"Norman are you okay?" I asked with worry in my face.

"Yeah just f*****g peachy" he replied and walked back into the diner.

At the end of the night I heard a voice say "I'm leaving with Andy Sage, I'll see you whenever" it was Norman.

Why the f**k did he snap at me earlier and now he's being nice! "Kay whatever, do what you want" I sighed looking away.

He walked away and Rooker came over to me "can I stay with you Sage? got no where else for tonight" I smiled and nodded and we heading to my car and the drive home was silent.

We got in and he asked "what's wrong with you and Norman."

"Nothing" I replied. "Well I don't think so. He just snapped at me earlier so I dunno but I'm tired and going to sleep, the spare room is down the hall and on the right, night Rooker" I said and started walking away to bed with Boots following me at my feet.

"we ain't finished this conversation! I'll carry it on in the morning and night baby girl" I giggled and collapsed on my bed when boots jumped and feel asleep beside me and I was soon asleep myself.
