Prologue
Six Hundred years ago…
Legend says the most dreaded of all werewolves, King Zach was human before he became a werewolf.
The medieval times saw the most ambitious of men who were royalty and powerful rulers who sought out powers to gain control and dominate other territories through conquest and war.
King Zach was a very ambitious and power-drunken ruler whose top priority was to be the most powerful king that ever lived.
To achieve this, he went in search of the most powerful witch whom he was told by his Kingsmen that she was so powerful and skilled to grant his wishes.
When he met the witch, she promised to grant his request. The King, according to her will be cursed with the spirit of violence, strength, speed, and chaos and will forever be a slave to the moon.
Without a second thought about the terms of becoming a werewolf, he ordered the witch to transform him, as long as he was going to be the greatest king and warrior ever.
The witch performed the incantation on him, and from that day onward, King Zach down to his bloodline ceased to be a human being, to become a werewolf.
Turning from a human being to a werewolf, with possession of immortal powers, he also transformed his loyal subjects and army of soldiers into werewolves and gave them a new title- The Immortal Army of Werewolves. As promised by the witch, King Zach became ten times more powerful, subdued many kingdoms, and struck fear in the hearts of all neighboring villages.
He and his army attack ruthlessly at night, leaving marks on bodies, and carcasses scattered all over the earth, with hardly any survivor. Rumor has it that when his king and his men attack, it is like an earthquake eruption.
His armies were the strongest immortals, never weary or ill, matching all day without a halt. Even when people are asleep, the sound of their feet shakes the land and voices pierce through the hearts of people. Such was the army of King Zach- the indestructible and undefeated army of werewolves. However, something mysterious happened...
Many kings and their kingdoms feared launching an attack on King Zach's because his fame has spread all over the world and beyond that he and his army of werewolves are unbeatable.
King Zach goes to war and never loses one. It got to a point where humans started fleeing away to seek refuge in faraway kingdoms because Zach’s armies had already attacked almost all the villages that were already becoming extinct.
So in twos and fours, they left to settle down in a place that is farther from the reach of their attackers. This led to a moment of peace for King Zach as there was no one to attack in the neighboring villages.
However, it was quite becoming an abnormality for the king’s army who were ingested with the spirit of violence to be peaceful.
They thirsted for violence, chaos, and blood but no one was willing to go to war with them. One night on a full moon, the king's army couldn't quench their thirst for blood.
Hungry and disgruntled, they turned on the king's people who were normal humans, killing and devouring them, breaking the trust the people had in the king to protect them.
When the king woke up, he found out that every human in the community had died; not a single survivor. He was filled with rage because everything he ever worked for had been destroyed.
Realizing that he became the strongest of all kings so that every being could fear and worship him, and now that they were all gone, who would worship him? He was engulfed in emptiness as he growled in the futility of his pursuit.
The spell was a dangerous one that if not curbed, the king and his family would be the next to be killed, also standing as threats to anywhere they would find themselves. So to avoid this catastrophe from happening, he devised a plan to stop them.
He found a cave lying far away deep in the mountain, so wide to accommodate all his cursed armies. He then tricked his armies to cave, informing them that they were going for another expense.
The armies took his words by heart, trusting every bit of what the king told them. When they reached the cave, he lured them inside so he could lock them in there forever.
Before that, the king already connived with his uncursed subjects to block the cave immediately he noticed the armies were already carried away. The cursed army of werewolves were to die in that cave and rot there.
A hundred years later, nobody heard of the whereabouts of the werewolves; whether they all died or survived, including the king's whereabouts was a mystery.
However, the onslaught of the king's armies on humans led to an enmity between humans and werewolves...
