“Clem? Sweetie, someone's here to see you.” Kat's voice sounds behind me. “Tali? What are you doing here?” I stand up, shocked but grateful. “Kat called Brent, and Brent called me. They told me what happened. I'm so sorry, Clem.” Tali says in a way that doesn't make my head throb with her emotion. “Thank you,” I whisper sadly, my eyes watering. “I thought you might like to tell me how you're feeling about everything, and I can try writing a couple of songs,” Tali suggested as she handed me a large thermo cup full of blood, a genuine smile lighting up her face. “Sure. Sounds good.” I chuckle lightly “I'll leave you, girls, to it then.” Kat cheered happily. “Clem, let me know if you girls need anything. Good luck.” She beamed before disappearing. “What do you want to start with?” Tali
