Assassin’s Betrayal

As I sit here on this rooftop looking down my scope observing my next target. I feel the cold breeze blowing down my back. The one thing I did not expect was for my life to end while on a job. I also wasn't expecting to get another chance at life either. My target was a well known wealthy business man. Like every mission I get to know the schedule of my targets and pick the right time to kill them. But tonight I was just observing. "Hmmm....I think this would be the perfect spot." I think to myself making a mental note of my surroundings. Just when I was about to call it a night and relax at home after my nightly workout. I felt some cold steel against my neck and then I hear a voice that I am very familiar with. "Gemini you know better than to turn your back on a enemy". I never saw it coming as my betrayer slit my throat and I fall to the ground. As I lay here in my own blood I can see my betrayer laughing as they walk away leaving me on the rooftop to die. As I am lying here ready to welcome death I hear this voice call out to me. "Do you wish to live?" without a second thought I gave my answer not knowing what was going to happen to me. "yes, I want to live." after I uttered those words I felt this sharp prick on my neck and then seconds later I am in complete darkness and I welcome it with open arms. "How long do you plan on sleeping?" "What the fuck...who are you?" "hehehe...I am part of you....I am your wolf?" "Wolf? ok now I know I am dead if a wolf is talking to me. "You are not dead just sleeping and different." "Different? How? and what's your name?" "Everything will be answered in time, also my name is Gemini....hehehe....Now wake up." "ugh fine" It was had to open my eyes at first, but after so many tries I was finally able to open them but yet I felt different. The last thing I remember was that I was on a rooftop finishing my observation and suddenly I was dying. I also remember someone asking me if I wanted to live. Being so dep in thought I never realized that someone had came into the room. "I see you are awake beautiful." the unknown man says to me. "Well aren't we very observant?" I reply to him he chuckles at my response and says " Fierce I love it." "Yes and I can be very deadly now who are you and where am I?" I ask him demanding an answer. I also could not help but look at him in awe. In that moment I thought I died and went to heaven. The body on this man was enough to make me wet alone. "Believe me he is all ours." said the voice in my head. "What the fuck...who said that?" I asked jumping out the bed ready to fight the intruder. "Its me you i***t, your wolf Gemini." she says "Oh shit.....I forgot about you." I replied ignoring the fact that she just called me an i***t and forgetting about the sexy Greek god in the room. "I know you may have a lot of question for me, but I believe you would like to shower and change before getting your answers." He said. "Um...yeah how long was I out for?" I asked him. He looks at me with his beautiful golden eyes and says to me. "About two weeks...I found you on the rooftop....but before I answer anymore questions I will let you get cleaned up." he says and walks out the room. The only thing that came to me was who killed me and if I could truly trust this man. "You can trust him Luna, he would never betray us." Gemini says to me. "I hope you are right Gemini" I reply back to her as I walk into the bathroom. All I could thing about was who wanted me dead and who killed me. I must have been in the shower for hours when a knock came to the door. "Are you okay in there?" asked the god made creature standing on the other side of the door. "Ugh...I really need his name once I am done getting dressed...I can't keep calling him Greek God or God Made Creature." I think to myself. "Yea, I am fine thanks for asking." I reply to him. I get out the shower and wrap a towel around me, because well my clothes was stained in my own blood. As soon as I walked out the bathroom I was met with those beautiful golden eyes. "Sorry I don't have anything to wear." I say to him. He sits there for a minute not saying anything and I could have sworn I saw his eyes change colors. He clears his through and says to me. "It's fine you can wear some of mines till we get you some new clothes." He walks over to his dresser and hands me a t-shirt and a pair of shorts. "Thanks." I reply to him. As I was getting dressed I finally asked him "So what's your name?" He looks at me and says "Hades what's yours beautiful?" I smiled and say "My name is Luna Roberts, but you can call me Luna." "If you are ready for answers I am willing to give them the best way I can." Once he said that i started pouring questions non-stop. "Where am I?" "On my estate on the outskirts of Miami." "How did I get here?" "I brought you here after I found you." "You said found...where sis you find me?" "On the rooftop of Constellation Enterprise." "Was it you that asked me if I wanted to live?" "Yes." "How did you find me and how did you save me?" "I followed your scent and I changed you." "Why did you do those things?" "Because you are mine and I am your." I sat there wide-eyed to what he just said to me. After a few seconds I laughed and it was the hardest I have ever laughed in my entire life. After laughing so hard and wiping the tears from my eyes I look back at him. "Sorry, but I don't belong to anyone and what the hell do you mean by changed me?" I asked him looking at him with daggers in my eyes. "When I say change, I mean I changed you into something powerful, something to be feared." he replied. "I am already feared." I say to him. Suddenly the most mouth watering smell hit my nose. "Do you smelled that?" I asked him. He then shakes his head and "No." Then at that moment Gemini speaks up and says "It's him and he smells so damn good." As I walk closer to him the smell gets stronger. The smell of chocolate and roses. "So what do you smell?" Hades asked me. "Chocolate and roses...it smells so damn good." I replied. I soon snapped out of the spell I was in and turned away from him. I have this strong pull towards him and I can't explain it. "Mate...mate...mate." Gemini says the sound of it alone makes my body shiver. I turn to Hades and ask. "What is a mate?" "A mate is someone you can't live without. Someone who is made for you and only you. Someone whose name alone makes you smile. Someone you would do anything for. Someone you would give your life for if it makes them happy. Someone whose very presence makes you aroused." He replies. After he explains to me what a mate was. I sit there for a minute absorbing everything he just told me and thinking. "So its a soulmate....have you found you mate?" I asked being curious about the whole thing hoping he would say no. "Yes, I found her." he says to me. The moment yes came out his mouth something in me snapped. I found myself getting jealous and then I was angry with him for saving me when he has a mate. When he suppose to be mines and mines alone. Out of nowhere I suddenly growled at him. "Why the f**k am I here then if you have a mate...why don't you just go to her and leave me the hell alone...you should have just let me die on that rooftop." I yelled at him with so much anger and jealousy. Suddenly my body starts to heat up and I started to having this pain that was so unbearable and shooting through out my whole body. "It hurts everything hurts." I scream falling to the floor cradling my body. I hear Hades coming towards me. His voice rings clear in my head over the sound of my bones breaking. "It's okay Luna I'm here for you just breathe sweetheart....I'm here." He says to me. The sound of his voice and the fact that he already has a mate just pissed me off more than you can imagine. "Don't f*****g touch me...go to your fake ass mate." I yell at him and then I get up and run to his balcony and jump off. Once I landed on the ground I took off running into the woods. I closed my eyes to endure the pain and the sound of my bones breaking and rearranging. It all continued for a while till suddenly the pain stopped. Once I opened my eyes I could see everything clearly. I looked down and saw snow white paws that seemed to glow under the moonlight. I decided to walk to the lake to get a better look at my reflection in the water. "OMG...Gemini you are beautiful." I say to her. She laughs and says to me. "Thank you, but I think you mean we are beautiful." she laughs, but then we remember what just happened and become mad all over again. Gemini then starts to speak to me about Hades. "How can he do this to us.....Luna he is suppose to be ours but yet he took to another woman," feeling her pain I replied. "I don't know...but two can play that game and I can play it better." While in dep conversation with each other we hear someone coming up behind us. Being on the defensive I let Gemini take over control. She lets out a low growl as a warning to the potential threat. Then a black wolf emerges from behind the bushes, but the scent is very similar to Hades. We was ready to fight off the intruder but then when Gemini said "Mate." I instantly knew who it was. Still being as mad as we are we let out a low growl, the moment we did Hades slowly backs up and shifts back to his human form not caring that he is completely naked (not that I'm complaining). "Luna please you misunderstood what I was saying." He continues. "I did find my mate...but from the looks of it she doesn't want me based off a misunderstanding." I just looked at him and tilt my head to the side. Hades started back talking and said "Luna you are my mate...I found you when you was dying and I felt my heartbreaking knowing that my mate was dying and that I could save her and so I did what I had to do to save my mate. Luna could you please just change back?" I sat there looking at him thinking when suddenly I got a headache and images of what happened to me on the rooftop came flowing back to me. That was when I remembered who it was that killed me. The ones responsible was the people I once considered family. The ones I trusted most in this world betrayed me in the worst way possible. Trust me when I say that I fully intend on getting my revenge in the worst way possible. "Gemini can we change back now?" I asked her. "Yes, of course but only because I want to get revenge as well plus this will be so much fun." She laughed. I have fallen in love with my wolf, not only because of her name but also because of her dark humor. Her personality matches mine perfectly. We shifted back to our human form without any issues. I look at Hades and say to him. "I will accept you as mu mate under one condition." I was not expecting him to replay to what I just said but he did and he said. "Name your condition" I go ahead and tell him. "Help me get revenge on the muthafucka that killed me, I know who they are I just need help tracking them down...As for killing them," as a evil smirk form on my face and my eye changes to a ocean blue I say. "Gemini and I will enjoy torturing them very slowly." Hades looks at me with a smile on his face and replies. "Of course but only if Leo and I have a little fun with them as well." As I think to myself that Leo must be his wolf and also that Leo sounds like the perfect match for Gemini. With a smile on my face I look at Hades and say "Sure, I have no problem sharing in on the fun.....hehehe...Let the fun begin." As I think of all the ways I can torture the bitches that betrayed me.  Hades POV After chasing through the woods trying to find Luna I find her sitting by the lake and all I could think to myself was how beautiful her wolf was. "Of course mate is beautiful she is perfect for us." my wolf Leo says. Leo is a wolf of very few words but he only have one issue Leo has a blood thirst and I find it had to control. "Go to mate now." Leo says to me. "Ok man, but we have to be careful I am pretty sure she is still pissed based off that misunderstanding we just had." I tell him. I slowly walk up to her but the she growled and be as a warning not to come closer. I slowly move back and then I shift back into my human form not caring that I am naked. I start to explain to her that it all was a misunderstanding while looking at her beautiful ocean blue eye. I feel Leo getting excited and moving around in my head. After asking her to shift back and she sits there for a few minutes she lets out a small whimper and then shifts back. When Luna shifts back to her human form it took a lot for me not to claim her right here and now. She then proceeds with telling me that she accepts me as her mate. "Mate accepts us...she wants us." Leo says. "Dude let's hear her condition first." I reply back to him. All she is asking is for us to find the people that tried to kill her. I was not going to tell her that I already started the search due to the fact that Leo and I was out for blood the moment we saw her on the rooftop dying. "hehehe...this will be so much fun Hades." Leo says. "Yes, my friend we are going to enjoy this." I continued "I also see that our little mate here as a blood thirst as well I can't wait to see her in action." I tell him. "Me, neither." he replies. "Hey Hades?" I hear Luna call out to me. "Yes, sweetheart what the matter?" I asked "Let's sit here and get to know each other a little bit...how bout we place 21 question?" she asked. "Sure we can play that I would love to get to know you more?" I reply. "Ok I will go first...What is your favorite color?" "Blue, the same color as your eyes...yours?" "Black just like your wolf fur...how old are you?" "28 and you?" "23...what is your favorite food?" "I don't really have a favorite I am not picky...you?" "I love Asian Style food." As we sat here for hours just getting to know each other I feel her hand on mines and that sparks that comes when we touch felt so good. I never thought that I would ever get a mate. Most wolves my age would have already found their mates at the age of 19, but I wasn't so lucky but now that I do have her I won't let her go for nothing.  Thinking about the bastards that hurt my beautiful mate makes my blood boil and I can't wait to get my hands on them. Feeling my thirst for blood growing I stood up and told Luna that I would return shortly. "Let's go Leo....time to hunt." I say to him. "Awesome, I want to get a bit hunt for mate I hope she likes deer." he replies. It did not take long for us to locate and hunt down a nice sized buck. When we was done with our hunt we noticed out mate watching us with so much lust in her eyes. I grabbed the buck between my teeth and started walking towards Luna to show her how proud I was of the hunt I just had and presented her with the buck.  Luna nudged me and lick the side of my face to show her appreciation and then she laid down by the buck and started to eat and I followed right after. After eating the buck our furs was covered in it's blood so we decided to walk back to the lake and take a swim. we was swimming around in the lake getting clean and playing that we did not realized how long we was out till we saw the sun getting ready to rise.
