Keaton: we were all talking while we were eating then, I felt heat coming off Addy in waves, so strong it was making me hot, Reggie told me it’s time, we need to get to our mate. I was getting ready to stand and alpha ordered everyone to stay put. My wolf whimpered he wanted to get to Addy, she needed us. Nathan spoke up, he told everyone at the table she was our mate. Alpha let us go to her and we all ran out after her. I cringed at her screaming, I heard Chase screaming. I remember how painful that first shift was, I felt so bad for them. Addy was hunched over and she screamed again. She kept running and started taking her clothes off my eyes started turning black but I shook it away she needed us and not like that right now. I watched as she laid herself on the ground on all fours and watched as Nathan and Jonathon put their hands on her I did the same. Her pain eased up. We were helping her! Reggie said it was time to shift so I took off my clothes and shifted, she shifted into a wolf color I have never seen. Reggie was so impressed he purred like a cat when looking at her. He was so proud of her. Her color was so different from any I’ve ever seen, she really is perfectly made just for us. Reggie told me to bow I did as he told me to do, he said Willow, Addy’s wolf was introducing us. I watched her as she got playful and had her butt up in the air and her tail wagging, Reggie was fighting me trying to mark her, it isn’t time yet. We have to wait. He wasn’t too happy with me. She took off prancing through the forest looking like an adorable bunny I couldn’t help but laugh her, her ear perked up we all heard it, it was a rustle. She went straight to it, she must have known it was Chase because she led us straight to him. Reggie again, told me to bow, acknowledging Jake as alpha. I plopped down on the dirt and watched as Addy was looking at herself in the stream. She looked so proud and happy to see what she looked like. I feel whole now. Chase linked us and said we needed to get changed and go back. We followed Willow and she led us back to our clothes. We all shifted back and changed, when I locked eyes with Addy all four of us said “mate” at the exact same time. She knows! She finally knows! Were her mates! I am so happy!
