Devlin's p.o.v.
Devlin was a demon called the incubi, a male demon supposed to lie upon sleeping
women in order to have s****l intercourse with them.
They were also believed to do this in order to spawn other Incubi. The
male counterpart of the Succubus.
The origins of the incubus are unknown, though it is more than
likely that they originated from Lilith or one of her sisters.
It was said that the incubi were also known as Asmodai which are considered a second horde of demons that were birthed from
Lilith after mating with Asmodeus.
Moreover, the Asmodai consisted of both incubi and succubi, the latter of which were
a lesser species of the Lilim, the first and strongest of the succubi that came into existence when Lilith mated with
Samael.
If a human had an intercourse with a succubi/incubi over long amounts of time (say a month) they will start feeling a need
for more s*x with the incubi/succubi or go insane from how much life force they have lost.
They possessed many of the abilities of the succubus, their female counterpart including their ability to take vessels and their supernatural ability to seduce. However, whereas Succubi target men (and often
have an easier job), Incubi target women.
Incubi, unlike Succubi, are able to reproduce with females.These births always result in either a pureblood Succubus or
Incubus being born, and always kill the mother.
The child is taken to Hell to be trained and raised as a member of their
race. When they do, they will obtain supernatural abilities and
can become extremely persuasive.
These human/incubi or succubi hybrid is called a Cambion. Unless the Incubus slept
with a succubus then the succubi would give birth to a new incubi or succubi.
It was also generally believed that incubus and succubus are actually the same demon, able to swap genders at specific
points. For example, they would become succubi whenever they required semen, their life source. They would then
become incubi and use that semen to impregnate women.
Many believe that incubi are bisexual but that would strictly contradict their purpose of impregnation. But some people
believe that when the Incubi slept with another male he would absorb his seed and use it as his own.
Delvin had done none of that,after watching the birthday beauty as she stood a few distance to the entrance,her body too still for a drunk person,he found himself behind her as her body fell. She stared at the man with brown hair who stood at the entrance,her eyes wide with shock. Slowly she turned and faced him.....
Ugh......, she groaned.
Interrupting him from his review,he watch her place her hands on her forehead massaging it,a frown then a scowl as she studied the room,head tilted.
Delvin had been amazed at himself,he had a beauty on his bed and he just stood watching her slumber as she used her body to map the entire bed, the urge to lie on her and have intercourse with her was much stronger,but he held a grip on it.
She had puked upon taking her into his bedroom where he was confronted about how to change her dress.Never had he hesitated,he was too different.
Finally,he summoned the courage which had fled before and he had with shaky hands removed her dress and wore her his own.
Taking the glass filled with water,he handed it to her with some pain relief.she took it calm as if indifferent.
Watching her take the medication,it looked like the scene of taking care of a sick wife.her throat worked and the demon spirit envisioned him on her,his teeth lashed around the beautiful tanned throat as he bit down.
His gaze drifted back to her face,her eyes narrowed,hair askew watching at him questionly.
Devlin fought back to keep a leash on his demon's which clamored out to instill terror on the lady with no atom of fear in her eyes.
He turned away from her,his eyes red.he had not taken a life yet,he wondered why he was lenient with her.
He hope she thought she didn't remember anything from last night about his eyes.he didn't want his secrets discovered yet.
Mirabella p.o.v.
On her birthday, her boyfriend had proposed a surprise which had made Mirabella ecstatic with joy.everybody knew there were so much in love.
Sheila had showed signs of jealousy whenever they were home and so cozy.
She had the assets and I didn't,why should he pick me instead of her was what went on in her mind.And sometimes I inadvertently hurt her.
She had fled home in search of older men,while I was stuck with the responsibility of taking care of a sick Mariam who scared the s**t out of me.
It weighed so heavily on me that I soon began to hate caring for her,my mom only cared about getting herself drugs that were no good to her.
Coming to our plight like a knight in shining armor my boyfriend promised to take her to the hospital as we had little money.i left for work.
After consulting a hospital, Mariam's pain worsened.i didn't know what hospital he had taken her to,when I asked he had said a hospital, a kilometer from our home which I knew was there.
Later that day, I arrived at the hotel decorated with beautiful flowers.couples moved in and out enjoying themselves like they were in another planet earth .smiling I moved to the room they had prepared for us.
With each step,my heart thudded against my ribcage.he had said he wanted to make us official a month ago,maybe he decided now.
Gushing. "he was so sweet to want to propose on my birthday.slapping my cheeks and chiding myself.
I shouldn't count my chicks before it would hatch.a successful detective and a marriage on line with the perfect partner,what more could I wish from God.
I knew my heart,that I had failed my sisters and the guilt ate me up.but I had to make my own path.
Rubbing my now sweaty hands,I opened the door and entered.
I stood at a scene that would have not even crossed my mind
I forgot to breath,my breath coming out in harsh gasps
"Bella....
The room was decorated beautiful and she would have been excited, a beautiful cake with her name artistically baked on it, beautiful balloons and all sorts
Right at the table that held flowers and wine,it was pushed aside,chairs to one side as he f****d my mom in a room filled with my name!!!!.
"Is she your mom,startled he pulled his trousers back in place trying to come close to me.
He was nuts! How can he say that,he knew my mom when he came around,so he couldn't pretend as if he knew nothing.
Mom clicked her tongue,oh dear ,you look pale. Didn't he you know he was doing this? Oh! Her eyes wide, lipstick smudged."baby didn't you tell her you were screwing with the both of us?
My knuckles were white with how tight I had folded my fist.I trembled with disgust and rage.
"Well,it wasn't my fault didn't know you would be coming early,I would have halted your mom, meantime.
Before,they could take their next blink,I had the birthday cake knife in my hands, startling my mom by pushing her from the table ,I lunged at him
"This is a thank you for the birthday,I said with rage through gritted teeth.
