Unique felt numbness all over the body. His mind went blank too when he heard the question being asked by his father to him. He was thinking to himself if he had enough reason to justify the situation that he was in. But sadly, no justification could defend him for doing something completely crazy that sent someone to the hospital and in the intensive care unit at that.
"I don't know what to say to ease this situation and your emotions, " Unique finally replied to his father after a moment of silence.
Gabrielle couldn't take anymore so he turned his head and looked up at his son who was still standing behind him. Unique's head was bowed down that was why he didn't see his father looking at him intently.
"Just spill it, Unique. What were you thinking when you did that to her?" Gabrielle
