Star is Changing

Star woke after another nightmare. Yet Damon nor Gabriel was there. The babies were crying so Star went into the nursery to calm them down. Lucas needed a changing, while Evan needed a bottle, and nix, which is short for Phoneix, she just wanted to be held. Star had been having rough nights so her body was worn out. During some training she passed out, she hadn't been using magic much either. Gabriel was out on watch and Damon was at a meeting when they were told. Gabriel was the only one who checked on her and stayed with her till she woke. Damon came in after when she was asleep and Gabriel was gone. Damon felt guilty ever since she had the kids he failed to protect her time and time again. She suffered so much he wouldn't bring himself to look her in the eye. 

Star stayed up after getting the babies back to sleep. She couldn't sleep not with the worries on her mind. She walked to the balcony window and looked up at the full moon. Damon had just stepped outside for a small walk after a long day. He was gonna check on his family but he stopped dead in his tracks as he saw the most beautiful woman ever starring into the moon. Of course he new it was Star and his heart ached for her yet he just watched her. Her long black wavy hair that waved in the slight breeze and her pure white silk dress that shined under the night sky all took his breath away. Star began to sing a soft lullaby to stars. "Twinkle twinkle little star.....". When she was done she felt dizzy and fell over the balcony edge. Damon was about to leave when he notice her sway and in seconds he was there to catch her. Star didnt say anything. She didnt scream her eyes were different and Damon became concern. He rushed her to the pack doctor and mindlinked Gabriel. As he held Star in his arms he knew she had lost weight and that her eyes were too different shade. When he reached the pack hospital Gabriel was already there. Both men watched as she was taken to the back. Damon mind linked mother Luna to watch over the babies till she returned. Damon was very worried. Gabriel noticed changes sooner but Star always played it off as nothing was wrong. 

"What is taking them so long," damon said. He paced back and forth. 

"She has been having these small dizzy spells lately" said Gabriel. "She has been worrying about you as well as taking the roll of Luna and raising the children" he said trying to explain why she may have fainted. 

Damon was angry that she was worrying about him yet in a instant the doors flew open and Damon's heart broke to pieces

"Hello little one what are you doing hear," said a familiar voice yet the wolf who stood in front of me was a black n white wolf with deep blue eyes. Star watched this wolf just like the bbn others before her she knew this wolf would die soon and she couldn't bare watching another death. "Please dont fight please just run, your gonna die if you fight" Star yelled. Yet the wolf just smiled and the battle began. The wolf was strong and the gift was of air. She said before her timely death to not give up. Then she consumer herself with her powers and destroyed all that was around her.

Star shot up like a rocket from the doctors table. She looked around shocked because she was at home and next she was here at the doctor.the doctors asked questions and kept asking her questions that even she didnt know. She just refused their help and walked out the office just the her eyes met his. Both hearts shattered. Her heart was of pain she cause he hadn't seen her and his broke because he felt guilt for not protecting her. 

She held her head high and and walked passed yet Damon grabbed her "go back in and get checked on and rest", said Damon. This had upset star and she turned around and smacked Damon across the face. Gabriel and the doctors stood in shock. 

"Have you no shame, you just kept your distance not showing me any love any affect. You rather I just have one mate and not have my husband. I take care of kids and stay home yet I am tired. I know why you think you have to stay away but you fail me as my mate by not accepting you did things wrong and you just make it right. Your kids and I need you. Yet you fell guilty of not saving me. Your stupid" she screamed as tears fell from her face. She held in to much and it all came out like a river breaking through a dam. "Your an i***t to not see who saved me from rejection, who accepted me after finding out I had another mate and came looking for me when I got kidnapped and when I decided to stop running. You came each time. So dont think for one second you failed me, all I want is you right now" star screamed yet she had other things on her mind. Damon smashed his lips onto hers and pushed her into the wall. Her eyes shifted from his to the others in the room. Damon mindlink them "this isnt a show so go now" said Damon. Yet Gabriel replied countered that demanded. "It isnt a show yet but if you keep going were gonna have a full on s****l battling field. 

Star smirked as she moved her hand to his shafted and rotated it. Damon had gone so long that he couldn't hold back his edge. Damon told everyone that they must leave and with that they did. Gabriel smiled because he knew what star was up to and he knew this was a cover up for her real worry. Yet he had to find out why.
