She looked different

Star's dreams were more often yet each time she dreamt of the other gifted wolves it was as if they each talked to her. The dream she had recently was Annabelle she had power over water. She watched Annabelle help animals in the forest after a wild fire broke out. She was able to save many yet she grew weaker. The day came when rouges began to attack the village. Annabelle was in charge of getting the children out but some how they broke into the pack house and began killing the guards that protected the women and children. Annabelle began to use her powers yet each time she did she grew weaker.  She had just found a mate and he was a warrior on the field. The woman and children had no choice but also go to the field since they entered the village. Annabelle attack left and right yet when the time can to protect the warriors in front she couldn't and she watched as her mate died. When that happened her body changed and evil took in her powers became uncontrollable and she began to kill the enemy and warriors next to them. They had no choice but to shoot her down with arrows. Once she felt the heat and then the oozing of blood she lost the strength to do magic. She then began to cough up blood. The powers she had used began to attacking her from inside. She had used to much and with that her body dropped. The village was destroyed and so was the enemy the ones who survived traveled to other packs with the stories of what happened. As the story came to a finish Annabelle appeared like others each one would say something like "if only I could protect them all, he was the love of my life, she was the love of my life, if only I was stronger" each one would show regret of their decisions they made that day. Yet Annabelle's voice reach me differently when she said "Luna of the future please protect what is yours and do not let them win" what did she mean by that who is "them"? Did they win before? Each time a gifted died each side would take a big loss. Each time a rouge broke out and each time a gifted would lose its control if powers and destroyed everything and kill almost everyone in its path. "Rogues attack"!!!

I woke up in sweat with Gabriel next to me. My heart was pounding and my body shivered. Gabriel looked at me with so much worry in his face. 

"My love what is wrong" he said as he rubbed my back and handed me some water.

"Its nothing just a nightmare" I said with hesitation.

"That's the sixth one this week" Gabriel said worryingly. 

"Just got a lot on my mind is all I will be fine" I smiled at him reassuring that I would be ok. I kissed him and with that I felt his body melt into mine. He held me close and the kisses became deeper with more passion. It's been a week since either of us had mated since the babies came. I would feel Gabriel strong muscles pull me into his lap. She sighed and smiled at him they both got rinsed off and dressed. Luna wore a dress most of the days she rarely got out because taking on three babies was a full job. Gabriel held out a lot and when Ember got done with her rounds she would also help out. Mother Luna would also come to hold her grandkids. Everyone in the house loved them and would do anything to protect them. Damon on other hand when he came around he would worry more about Star than the babies. He did help but with all that happened and rouge attacks he couldn't chance falling behind in protecting his family and the future of his pack. He would leave early and come home late. Star would mind-link him to make sure he ate and rested. Yet he was to busy to do that.

Star became upset with Damon because if he didn't take care of himself how would he take care of his family when things went bad. Yet instead of fighting she would often take him something to eat. And even made sure there was sleeping arrangements in his office if he felt tired. She would even run him a hot bath before dinner. Yet he was to busy for that. Star sighed and would leave to attend her little ones. Star yearned for Damon to kiss her to hold her to touch her and mate with her. Gabriel would only stay one or two nights with Star because he was on night watch so Damon can rest. Gabriel would see that Star acted different and even at time looked different. Maybe it was her becoming a mom or a Luna but he wasn't sure if this change was good or bad.
