"Uugh! it's been three hours, why haven't she woken up! Don't tell me you gave her the wrong dosage, Sebastian!" She kept on pacing up and down. "C'mon chill, you know I never make mistakes, I think you might want to see this, her lashes just flustered." "Do you think her memories are coming back?" "Aagh, where I'm I," I asked myself but the throbbing pain in my head made it impossible for me to concentrate. My eyes went wide open in an instant, a memory flashed through my mind. An old forgotten memory I buried deep down. T-that face, that voice! M-mother! My eyes welled up. I couldn't believe it. Why would I suddenly remember that. What was she saying? I couldn't hear her properly. I took a step forward and her voice suddenly reached my ear, "Run Aurora!, run!! Don't ever look back, RUN!!!" I jolted back to reality. Sweat drops ran down by face, I could still feel my heart pounding against my ribcage. It felt surreal. "You've finally remembered something huhn?" The lady appeared in front of me. It suddenly dawned to me what was going on here. Though I pretended to still be asleep. I can't possibly tell her what I saw, but it seems she injected something into my body that triggered the memory. Then... that means, m-mother should still be alive. No, but if she was, why didn't she come find me all this years! Aagh, I'll think about that later. Right now, I have to figure a way outta here. "Sweetheart? Don't you think it's time you open your eyes? See, you're not chained up. All I wanna know is what you saw and ask a few questions. I told you earlier, that I won't harm you, didn't I?" This woman is freaking annoying, I gritted my teeth and relunctantly opened my eyes. I glared at her with a stoic expression and I uttered, "Bullsh*t!" She chuckled softly and before I could react, I felt a sharp blade pressing against my throat. My entire body tensed up. Where the h*ll did that come from. I attempted turning my head to get a better view of the person behind me, until a hoarse voice reached my ear. I stopped in my tracks. "I wouldn't do that if I were you." Huhn? "Look here Aurora, I've put up with your terrible attitude for way too long and that ends now. No one told me her attitude was bullsh*t orelse I should have come prepared." "Aw that hurts. Hmm.. I preferred you calling me sweetheart though. And can someone tell me who the h*ll is aurora!" Wait a second.... the guy I met on campus called me aurora, well I think. This weird lady called me aurora, then mother... She called me aurora. If I add it all up then that means... Bingo! "I have a twin sister named Aurora but people keep mistaking me for her." My face lit up and I smiled proudly to myself. "Oh God, here I thought, you were smart," she face palmed herself. "Haha just kidding, I'm Aurora, that's my real name, isn't it?" "Phew, thank Goodness, I was scared I'd have to work with a dummy." "First of all, ouch? I'm way smarter than you think ok? Secondly, I never agreed on working with you. And can you stop pressing that sharp blade against my throat!!" I yelled and swiftly turned around to catch a glimpse of the person behind me. "Oh haha I forgot about that." He rubbed the back of his neck and apologized. "You're that weird guy I first met on campus. Wait... You're that weird guy I met on campus!! Hmm.. That's weird, what are you doing here, especially with HER." I pointed towards the lady's direction. Oops my mistake, I retracted my hand, don't wanna get on her bad side. She already looked like she would really kill me. "Haha isn't it obvious? We work together and is it me or do you call anyone you meet, weird? Cause you're the weird one if you ask me." "Ooh I see, like charges attract mm.. But isn't it supposed to be the other way around, unlike charges are supposed to attract. Anyways, wish you two weirdos a happy married life." I bowed and smiled at both of them. "Aaargh! That's it!" She got furious and threw something towards my direction, I turned sideways and saw it pass by me and entered deep into the wall. Luckily I dodged it in time but it still left a cut on my cheek. I went closer to take a look. I gasped and turned to her. "Y-you could have killed me!!" I gritted my teeth and walked towards her. "But luckily I didn't," she shrugged and smirked a little. "That's cause I dodged it in time!" I stood in front of her and looked into her eyes trying to figure out what was going on in that crazy mind of hers. "Your fast reflexes saved you." She chuckled. T-this b*tch was actually planning on killing me! I reached for her neck and was about slamming her on the ground when I realized I couldn't feel my feet on my ground and in the next moment, my body slammed against the concrete floor with force. "Aaargh! What was that for?!" I scowled at her while looking her dead in the eyes. She glared at me with the same intensity. I clenched my fist and stood up. "I want you to fight me with all you've got." She suddenly uttered. "Huhn? Don't tell me this is all part of your plan to use this opportunity to kill me" "C'mon how many times do you want me to repeat it, I'm not gonna kill you" "Yeah says the lady that just pulled a crazy stunt on me! By the way, what was that thing you threw at me, I haven't seen anything like it" "It's called a shuriken" "Excuse me?" "You can call it ninja stars, they are hidden weapons that comes in handy to distract or misdirect your opponent," She said. "Woah that's cool, where'd you get it, can I get some also?" She sighed, "Less talking and more action!" She rushed towards me and landed a punch on my stomach, I stumbled backwards and coughed out blood. "Focus or I might just end up killing you." I stepped back, balancing my weight on my left foot, and threw my right fist out in a curved punch at her temple. Turning ninety degrees to the side, she brought her right forearm up to counter the blow, formed a fist with her left, and threw it at my outstretched jaw. 'Sh*t! This will definitely hurt'. I can't dodge it in time. I flew backwards and landed my back against the hard concrete wall with a loud thud! and fell to the ground, pain shot through my head as blood dripped warmly down my cheeks. "Ouch!! That hurts as h*ll! Did you really have to punch that ha-" In the next second, she pinned me down against the ground with her hands wrapped tightly around my neck. "Never get distracted especially when the fight isn't yet over."
