Xander’s POV
Pulling in front of the facility I didn’t have time to relish in the feeling of memories and nostalgia of the time I had spent there, due to the fact the desert ground around the building was littered with bodies of men and wolves alike. The flames of the fire built in the middle licked the morning sky as the sun was just starting to raise, and the smell of burnt hair and flesh filled the air almost knocking you down when we stepped out of the vehicle.
Jake and I exchanged looks, we weren’t quite sure what had happened before we had arrived, but I knew I was going to find out, find out why these rogues had attacked our facility.
“Alpha, Beta.” A young warrior that didn’t look to be older than sixteen said as we approached the war zone.
“What happened here?”
