Roles in a Werewolf Pack:
Alphas=> The dominant leader of the pack. They lead hunts and rely on their Betas for aid. They are the LARGEST and STRONGEST wolves in the pack. They are usually males, but can be female as well. The Alpha genes are generational and always run through the same bloodlines. Also, they are extra possessive and protective of their mates, their Lunas.
Betas=> They are highly thought of as wolves that help lead the pack hunts with their Alphas. They watch fights with their Alphas for rank promoting of lesser wolves. They are large wolves just not as large as their Alpha or their Luna. They are the second in command in the pack. Whenever their Alpha is on a trip off their pack territory, the Betas are like the Alphas until their actual Alpha returns. Also, the Betas help assign jobs for each wolf in the pack.
Deltas=> They are lesser wolves. But they are the most dominant wolves under the ranking wolves. They are a major part of the hunting party. They are hunters, while also being warriors within the pack.
Epsilons=> Non-ranking wolves of the pack and are hunters.
Gammas=> They are the Betas of the Betas. They are trained to be the best warriors possible for their pack. They can hunt very precisely. They are usually third in the chain of command within a pack.
Lotas=> The bulk or the largest group in the pack. This group contains the pups that are now are young adults, disrespectful wolves that were punished, but learned their lesson, no omegas, and the newcomers, the new hunters, and wolves.
Lunas=> The female (typically) equivalent to the male Alpha and vice versa. Usually, a male (or a female) that has been born to become Alpha has Alpha blood runs through their veins, but cannot become a full Alpha unless, they found their mate and completed the mating bond (the meeting, the claiming/marking, and the mating) and then they have a ceremony.
Omegas=> Disrespectful wolves, who never learn their lesson. Typically, they are the troublemakers of the pack. They like to repeat the offenses just to get attention. Once an Omega, and you are basically shunned from within the pack. They usually get attention or acknowledged when they cause problems and chaos.
Rogues=> Werewolves that have either left a pack or ran away from a pack. They don't belong to a new pack unless they meet their mate as part of a pack they were on e pack territory of. Even then, the Alpha would have to either accept them both into the pack or deny them both thus making both wolves be Rogues.
Selsas=> Lower or lesser Betas of the Deltas. They are the protectors of the pack. Usually, this group of wolves include some of the best warriors in the pack.
Zetas=> They are the first assumed ranked wolves will ever be appointed. Also, they are in the hunting party as well.
