Against all odds Apocalypse

on the day after leo woke up, she took down the shades and opened the shutters so she could see a better condition of the room. By the time she was out of the shower the room was in a better condition full of light. She looked up at the mirror, her big brown eyes had dark circles around them. She put on her day's outfit and some light make-up to cover her dark circles and blackspots on her face. Leo didn't like make-up but the pigmentation on her face made her wear some. As she went to the kitchen of her three bedroom apartment she thought about the day's presentation that her boss Mr Jones asked for. Her partner and ex khalid had given her a hard time at preparing the presentation but it was finally done. She took an apple since she was now out of time to prepare some coffee and ran to her car carrying all her files and bag. The day's weather was perfect which helped lighten her mood.
