Chapter 11 Training

It was soon morning. Alfred went in to wake Skye up but she was up crying. He went over to her and held her tight. “ What’s wrong?” He asked. “I saw Daren in a vision. We have to hurry, do I really have to train?” She asked. “ I had the same vision, yes you have to so we have the best chance because it most likely won’t just be him we have to fight. He said. “Ok but no breakfast I want to start now.” She said. “Ok I have an empty room we can use, follow me.” He led her into this big room with nothing in it.

He got behind her and held her tight. He kissed her on her cheek. “ I’m so sorry you have to fight , I wish I could just protect you.” “It’s ok.” She replied.

“ To cast spells you don’t need to say anything just focus on what you want to do and wave your hands. You can heal people, paralyze others, hurt others, erase memories and more with training but we just need to teach you to hurt James for now. Unfortunately you will need to practice on me since we have no one else. It won’t hurt me I promise, because we are bonded the spells will happen but they won’t hurt.” He said as he walked across the room.

“ Now put your hands out and focus on me, imagine you are pushing me back. He said. She held out her hands and concentrated . She then waved and he fell backwards. “ Good girl.” He said as he got up. “ Are you sure I’m not hurting you?” She asked. “No I’m fine sweetie, now do it again but push me against the wall. Focus with more intensity.” She repeated the process and threw him against the wall. He got back up. “ Good, good now imagine you are paralyzing me with an electric shock. She imagined and lighting shot out her fingers electrocuting him. He fell to the ground. She rushed over to him. “ Are you sure you are ok?” “ Yes sweetie but I want you to use a different spell now. Place your hand on my chest and use the love you have for me to heal me. She focused and surprisingly he started feeling really good. He reached up and kissed her on the lips, “I’m sorry I know I shouldn’t I’m just so proud of you.” She kissed him back. “ It’s ok I love you. “ she said. She helped him off the floor.
