Elon pulled back slightly, thinking. “How many did you buy?” “Dozens.” When Damian smiled, it reached his eyes. “What you say?” Elon nodded his head, showing his dad a thumbs up. “You’re okay.” I figured it was about time for me to get in between them so Damian could change his clothes and freshen up. I walked towards them, my hand reaching for Elon. “Are you hungry, sweetheart?” I asked softly. Elon nodded. “Can we eat together?” “Of course.”Damian put him down before glancing at me. “I’ll just quickly take a bath. Ask the maid to make me coffee, please.” Dinner came qietly.
