More Jobs But Insufficient Manpower

Michelle sat at the settee as well as she glanced into the nursing room that doubles as the twins' room at the moment and saw that Heather was busily handling the feeding with the aid of 2 helpers. I guess she would have more helpers around here rather than around the domain then. Nevertheless, I looked at the sheaves of paper and decided that it was a doable project as the items that were required could be gathered easily. Besides that, I set it aside and took out some papers and place them before me. This would be the rough plans for the current shampoo and soap factory. Create sales flowchart After I had summarised what I had in my mind on to paper and ink, I was a bit distracted as I saw the two helpers left the nursing room and I placed the papers on the table and peeked my head inside the room where the twins were actually sound asleep. Heather placed her forefinger to her lips as she slowly walked out of the room and joined me at the settee. Michelle wanted to peek at the babies but was prevented by Heather and told her to come back when it's about an hours time or when the twins began to chuckle to each other. The cribs were placed next to one another and the twins would not be left far apart as they could definitely sense the presence of each other. Heather took the sheaves of paper and noticed there was a need for 60 workers in the factories and she inquired if there are enough workers to work in the areas. "Currently there aren't much. According to the census populace, we need to employ more workers or have more Immigrants in order to offset the difference." "There would be others who would be constantly working in the fields so we won't be able to disturb them for 9 months, at least. Then we need to account for the workers manning the grains drying kiln round the clock as well." "The 30 bakers working round the clock could not be touched as well along with the 15 delivery personnel that goes on to deliver the bread, biscuit, cakes, shampoo, body soap, Icebox and Copper Tuns." "There are 4 lads who are working at Old Jack's Blacksmith to churn out 2,000 wire caged incandescent lamps weekly and those can't be disturbed as well. Their temporary tendency and work contract ends by 4th week June." I then discussed with Heather that we would be expanding our lands as we take a pivot point from the courtyard and extend it to a mile on all sides. This would make the inner cluster to be 2 miles on all sides. "Besides the ambassadors from the House of Parliament and Administration in London had been invited for us to discuss on the future expansion." Heather was oohing and aahing when I explained and she was surprised that the inner cluster would totally consist of crops and livestock as well as perform trade and commerce activities. I explained that the current houses would be used to house the Immigrants as the current community would have upgraded double-storey wooden or stone houses. "But people living in this cluster have to walk 1½ miles to get to the centre of the courtyard. Won't you think it's a bit inconvenient for them? Wait, I have a better name — Town Square or a City Square in the Commercial and Business District of Gracehaven. What do you think? " Heather was happily hugging my arms as she excitedly shared her thoughts with me. As for Michelle, she took little or no notice of her old crush that had been taken away by her close nemesis. Boohoo... Hahaha. "Two heads are better than one. I like that. Besides, our citizens don't have to walk to get to Town Square... We could arrange for more dray horses and carriages to transport the citizens from point A to point B." "To minimise vehicular movement, once the third cluster here had been established for the new Immigrants, they make do with the bamboo thatched houses, outdoor privy and would have the convenience of market places placed on each corner of the third cluster, here, here, here and here." I pointed out the 4 corners and it was a very much welcomed idea. Eagle joined us and when he sat down, we heard a loud voice in the courtyard, "Thank the Merciful Lord and His Majesty for the food before our tables, Amen." A loud thunderous united voice boomed, "AMEN...!!!" "Heh, I just informed the King of the Ring to lead the community for their meals in case you are absent, Your Majesty." Eagle chuckled to himself and Heather looked in horror and rushed to the nursing room, only to find the twins were smiling in their nap and were still sleeping beside the thunderous grace outside. I asked how was the situation and Heather just claimed that the twins would not even wake up even if there's an earthquake as they would continue to sleep on without a care. I chuckled aloud when I heard from Heather but a few moments later I heard the twins were bawling softly and were awaken since they heard my voice. Hahaha. So ironic...! The helpers rushed in to coo the babies as Heather tried to send them back to sleep. One of the helpers called me and I went in and I cooed the babies and I touched their noses as they blinked their eyes as I so-called reprimand them, "Daddy had something to do, OK. Please sleep some more. We have some discussion to make. Important ones. Later when you are able to walk and talk, you both would go to school and godmother Michelle would be your teacher OK? Now, go-to-sleep." When I enunciated the last three words, I touched their noses as they tried to squeeze their eyes shut and go to sleep. Heather looked at me in surprise and asked me, " You can even do like that to our babies?!? Their noses would be like a pug if you keep doing that...!" I held each of their gloved hands and hit it on my nose and said, "Be good and sleep now... Daddy go and finish the meeting, yes?" As if the twins understood what I was saying to them, they never lifted the eyelids open right after and we went back to the settee. I called for Old Jack, Ben, Frank and their spouses to help me distribute the remunerations of the citizens early tonight as tomorrow would be the long-anticipated event that the community was waiting for — The Wrestling Match...!
