He was Richard

"Do you know that the man over whom you spilled the espresso is the son of the chairman? You can get expelled from your very first day!", Mina grumbled. "Stop it, Mina, I didn't even complain about anything. Why are you yelling over her?", Richard tucked up his brow as he finished. Sana looked at Richard in puzzlement. She expected him not to take her side, but he was. "But she spilled the espresso over your clothes", Mina argued. The way she was acting outraged, she seems to be wanting to kick out Sana from this company. "Where is espresso?", Richard implored. "I don't see anything on my clothes", he ended up peeking at his suit. "There is nothing Mina". Richard sounded too calm as if nothing happened. "Why-" "Let's meet after your work, Sana", Richard interrupted Mina and said as he looked at Sana and winked at her. Sana's eyes widened as wide as possible in surprise. "Why is he doing this to me? Will he take me somewhere and throw me in the water? Is he going to kill me?", Sana shooked her head to let go of all the bad thoughts from her mind. "You don't want to come?", Richard asked in bewilderment. "I thought to take you on a dinner after your hard day, baby". "Baby?", Mina gasped in surprise. Richard walked closer to Sana. The closer he came the faster her heartbeat. Mina stood dumbfounded between them, doesn't know why she exists. "Baby?", Sana whispered awkwardly. "Be ready, I'll be here by 6 p.m.", he ended up patting Sana's head and turned around to look at Mina in rage. "Dare you do or say anything to her, Miss. Mina!", he groaned with a death glare at Mina. Clenching his fists, Richard stormed out of the cafeteria. "What does he thinks he is?", Mina exclaimed. She seemed to be annoyed because of Richard. However, Sana was busy taking all the scenarios in her mind and thinking about what happened right now, a few moments ago. She was stunned watching all the bad things happening on her first day itself. "Do you know each other?", Mina inquired. "No!", Sana quickly answered her. "But-", she stopped mid-sentence. "But what?" "Was that man flirting with me a few minutes ago?", Sana asked. "I don't think normal people on their first meet call someone baby". "Seriously?", Mina asked awkwardly and ended up laughing alone in the entire cafeteria. Sana looked at Mina from head to toe, she began to think if her brain got hurt or what out of blue. "Go continue with your work", Mina instructed Sana as soon as she stopped laughing and then walked out of the cafeteria. By now, Sana did become a new gossip for everyone in the cafeteria and it didn't take any time to get spread up in the entire company about Richard calling Sana 'Baby'. • • • "Didn't Richard said you that he will be here by 6?", the girl working with Sana in the kitchen asked. "It's hardly an hour left. You must get ready, I think he wants to date you", another girl spoke up. The entire day passed by but none of them spoke a word with each other after what happened in the cafeteria. But as it was just an hour left for Richard to come, they thought about talking to Sana. "I- I must get ready?", Sana asked softly. Never in her life, she went out alone with any boy, neither did she ever talked to anyone. And now when the time came to go out, it turned out to be the son of her boss. "Of course, it's not us whom Richard asked to go out for a dinner", one of the girls giggled as she dragged Sana and made her sit on the chair. "Let me do your makeup", then another girl came up with a makeup pouch in her hands. "By the way, it's Lucy, Lucy Kim. Nice to meet you, a new girl". "And it's Emily, Emily Mark. Nice to meet you Richard's girl", Emily ended up winking at Sana and chuckling. "Why are you happy to see me going out with him? Didn't you said earlier that he is not a good boy?", Sana raised a question making both the girls look at each other. "Because we thought you like him?", said Emily. Her answer sounded more like a question. "No!", Sana quickly spoke up. "What made you even think that? I know he is the son of our chairman but it doesn't mean he could ask out any girl from his dad's company and tell her baby or other cheesy words. He deserves a slap for the way he looked and talked to me!". "Hahaha! Girl, calm down. Just tell him no when he comes to pick up you", Lucy suggested Sana. "Yeah, she is right", Emily agreed with her friend. "If you don't want to go then simply tell him. And yeah he is a jerk, better if someone innocent like you stay away from him". Sana nodded. She agreed with both of their opinions. She was not here to date someone but to get a job and pay for her parent's debt. Sana thought it would be better if she focuses on her work and how to make herself better, rather than dating. It was time for Sana to go back home from her very first and hardest day. As soon as she stepped out of the lift, Mina stood before her immediately making Sana jump back on her place. "Today you made several mistakes that can't be forgiven if the chairman learns about it. He cherishes you for being his friend's daughter, but you turned out to be a disaster today", Mina began complaining. "If you continue with this behavior then I have no choice other than telling everything to the chairman", she stated coldly making Sana frightened. "No- no!" said Sana rapidly. "I promise to work in a better way, don't tell him anything". Chuckling bitterly over Sana, she walked away from her leaving Sana alone in the lobby. "No matter what, give your best tomorrow, Sana! You can do it", Sana calmed herself as she walked out of the company. But as she walked out, another trouble stood upright before her from nowhere, making Sana startle once again. When Richard was about to take away Sana with him, Sana denied it. "Excuse me mister, whatever happened in the cafeteria I'm truly sorry for that", Sana apologized for her mistake. "But it doesn't mean that I can come with you to wherever you take me alone". Sana stepped back from Richard. She suddenly became uncomfortable that she didn't dare to look up at him. "Look at me girl!", Richard spoke up as he chuckled bitterly. "You think I'm interested in you?". Sana glanced up at him in confusion and before she could speak something, Richard grabbed Sana's arms, and dragged her away from the people and company, and made her seat in his car. "What the hell are you doing?", Sana screamed. She tried to open the door but the child's lock didn't let her run away.  "Firstly, I'm not interested in you to do something to you, and lastly, I know you", he said making Sana stunned. "You? Ho- how do you?", she asked him. "When you came into my dad's cabin and introduced yourself, it was me there. But I think I heard you working as a secretary and not a cleaner there", He chuckled.
