As the night's activity came to a close I walked hand and hand with Blaze back to the pack house. The night was cool and quiet almost seemed as though it was too quiet. I wish I could say that being home was a nice feel, but in comparison to the Fae world, home was dull. I'm not sure if it is truly different or if the sense of impending doom hanging over our heads is causing it to appear so dull. It is one thing after another in this rollercoaster that I have called my life. It's been almost a year now since Blaze found and saved me. So much as happened and now once again we are staring down the barrel of the loaded gun. The only difference is this time we did not know what we are facing but we know who and we know that we are in this together.
