Astoria pov I wasn't really interested in romance stuff I am more of a bite me girl the one that get into trouble and being a witch have it own perks of getting out of that trouble I was surrounded with families, friends all those things people will think have a perfect life but I know better my family was filled with psychopaths and I was on of them I am proud to be one of them,I was given my first human head on sixth birthday to explore the brain and pick out part that will be useful for me in potion class haa sweet memories despite all these I have a loving family who will die to protect each other I remember my uncle wedding vows to his wife "i will gladly ask death to kill me first and take you with me after not till death do us apart but till death give our love a chance in the after life" it was so romantic my uncle's love story was the type you will read in books a broken girl blah blah and someone taking her away from her demons but I don't wish for things like love I want power my whole body was craving for it and I will do anything and everything to have it I was suddenly pull away from my thoughts by my mother ASTORIA HURRY UP YOUR FRIENDS ARE WAITING my mom screamed I rolled my eyes because I know she was just excited to get rid of me and have the house all to herself she was a vampire you know sleep at day awake at night my dad was the wizard and still yet they actually work together against all odds I am coming I shouted back today was a day I have been waiting for all my life,every once in a while witches were chosen in the school as a candidate to go and explore the werewolf world and I am one of the lucky candidate this year.werewolves Animals that can shape shift into a man or wolf I heard long time ago all the races can't see face to face but the war land a huge impact that they all agree to sign a peace treaty and that how we are in this civilized world today unfortunately.Anyways I gotta go before mom decide to hypnotize me to leave as I got to the school bus I was meant with Brittany a vain girl who I loath a lot no judging though it is mutual. oh look the runt of the litter is here I heard her annoying voice behind me I didn't say anything just walk further into the bus before I killed her we aren't allowed to kill until we are twenty two which means I have to listen to her annoying voice for two more years not happy about it but whatever as I settle down with my friends the instructor decide to talk about what not to do at the werewolf territory while some girls giggle most of them hoping a werewolf will claim them as their mate urgh I won't be surprised they want that but I kinda am while tie yourself down to a guy instead of going out there and explore the world well whatever they believe in this mate stuff and true love it wasn't any of my business but I will be damn if any wolf thinks he can claim me because their moon goddess say so
