Most people can communicate with their wolves with ease, but not me. They share the ability to sense things like rogues and stuff. My wolf doesn't allow me to sense anything. Luckily I have Ethu and she lets me sense things. I wish I had a good connection with my wolf.
Shes just so angry all the time and its hard keeping her in. I try not to get to emotional and stay away from other wolves. However she doesn't seem bothered by my uncles pack. She just stays in the back of my mind.
Ethu talks when she feels like it, and sometimes she nice, sometimes shes just sadistic. I try to not let her out, but she squeezes her way out sometimes. No one knows that i'm part nephalem but Conan. He's on the high council and is also a hybrid.
The world is kinda skeptical on hybrids, but they are warming up. Conan is known to be weird, and has been alive since the beginning of the council. Hes helped me a lot but its hard to talk to him. He lives in a weird cave in the middle of nowhere.
Hopefully this nephalem isn't in some abandoned ruins or something. It was hard to sneak out with everyone wanting to spend time with me. I hope they don't freak out when they notice i'm gone. I need to hurry and get this nephalem.
I reach an opening and look around. I see a pond and walk up to it. I look into the pond and sigh. Its at the bottom of the pond. I stand at the edge of the pond, and stare at the red glow that the gem is giving off. The pond is pretty deep and I can't swim.
I kneel down and try to figure out how to get it out. If I use telekinesis it will work. Hmm. Should at least try. I focus and it actually moves towards me. It comes right into my hand and I stand up. Perfect.
I turn around and head back to the pack.
Ethu....
Everyting goes white and then black. What the hell. Everything clears up and i'm back at the academy. I've seen this room before. This is where they used to do sacrifices. I see someone tied down on a table and walk towards them.
I look and that the person laying on the table is me. What the hell. I go to touch the restraints but my hands go right through them. What the hell is happening. The door opens and Micheal walks through with Killain.
Hes on the high council along with Conan. Their best friends. They walk to the table passing through me. They look at me.
" Was it hard to get her. " Micheal says.
" Very. Thanks to Kendra it was a little easier. She told us about her family and sent a fake threat, and she practically ran there. She was so focused on getting to her family that she fell into the trap. " Killian replies.
" What about Conner. "
Killian sighs. " Hes in a cell. Do we still need him. "
" Yes, we need four sacrifices and we have them, her team members Sylvie and Ertha. They needed to all be different species. "
" Why do you want to revive them so bad. "
" Werekyns were the strongest creatures in the world. They are the species between lycans and werewolves. Unlike them they don't have beasts and are out of control. They can also change any creature into werekyns, witches, vampires any creature. All of them are controlled by their master, me. I will destroy this council and rule. "
" What about the other regions. "
" I will take them down. Aidrus maybe ruled by lycans, but they can't do anything against an army of werekyns. Also werekyns also take on the abilities of what they were, so they can still use magic. "
Micheal steps closer to my body. " I never would've had this idea without her. She told Azriel about it once and I have been curious. Too bad he died in the attack, this would've gone faster, and Aidrus wouldn't have noticed what we were doing. "
" How did hey even find out. "
" A hybrid. He's a werewolf/vampire hybrid and traveled here to talk to the council, and noticed the relics we had. Not a lot of people know about werekyns and how to revive them, and he questioned one of the guards and he spewed everything. The hybrid teleported away before we could stop him. "
" It was to late anyway, we have all the relics we need. "
" Yes. " He smiles. " We already have everything we need. All we have to do is wait for the bloodmoon. "
Everything goes white then black. I open my eyes and I shoot up and look around. What the hell was that.
Future...
" Its Celdo's ability, precognition. " Ethu says.
" Precognition? "
" He can see the future. You need Conner, he is compatible with this nephalem. "
" Conner seriously. "
" Yes. He will help stop the revival of the werekyns. "
I sigh. " We can't let him revive them. It took all the regions together to defeat the werekyns, they also had the guardians. "
She scoffs. " The ones that imprisoned us, along with the angels. "
" We need to hurry, and find out when the bloodmoon is. " I groan. " And call Conner. "
Ethu retreats back into my mind. I head back the pack and its still dark. I sneak my way through the pack and climb back into the room. As soon as I went through the window I could tell Leon is waiting for me.
I sit down on the bed and take of my shoes. " You just gonna sit there in the dark. "
He flicks the light on and looks at me angrily. " Where'd you go. "
I shrug. " A walk. "
" Really. " He raised his eyebrows. " For three hours. "
" Three hours? That vision took longer than I thought. "
" Vision? "
" It seems like you guys are getting what you wanted. "
" Which is. "
" We're not leaving. "
" Why? "
" Kinda hard to explain. I just want to sleep right now. "
I go under the covers and get comfy. " Night. "
" You just gonna go to bed now. "
" Yep. "
He sighs and leaves the room and I soon fall asleep.
