Even with the lead, I finally found that it still wasn't easy to find out anything or get any information on who was threatening me. Especially as I had to do the investigation alone. I couldn't ask anyone to help me because it was risky, and there was no way to explain why I was looking for the person. After days of investigating and getting no results or leads, I was utterly discouraged and annoyed.
At this point, I knew I needed assistance and help from someone who knew more about investigations than I did, but I didn't know who to ask. It was a dead end everywhere I looked, and the dangers were still lurking in the shadows, waiting to destroy me at any chance they got.
