Rosalie POV   I called to make sure Silla knew where I was, but to hear a man on the other end saying that he was Colter sent me over the edge, as soon as the phone was hung up, I fled the plane and escaped into the city. All of the pain came flooding in like a tilde wave crashing against the shore.   “Bienvenue à l'Hôtel Marais Paris Caron de Beaumarchais Madame.” The clerk said. [Welcome to the hotel Marais Paris Caron de Beaumarchais Madame.] “Thank you, I am here to check in under Rosalie Coldwell.” I said. “Yes, Madame I have you here for the Chambre façade" He said as he looked through the old weathered reservations book. “How long will you be with us Madame?” “I will be here for a few months, if you can accommodate that.” I replied. “Ouais monquer” He said with a pleased smile. [Yes Miss.]   I gave him my credit card for him to put on file and then handed it back along with my room key. I thanked him and collected my bag before heading to my room to get freshened up, I wanted to do some exploring before turning in for the rest of the evening. Unpacking my clothes and other items, I took Colter’s favorite book and the letter he left me and laid it on the nightstand. I never went anywhere without a little piece of him. After I was finished unpacking and getting freshened up, I left the room closing and locking the door behind me.   “Excusez-moi, pouvez-vous me diriger vers Kelbol ?” I asked the man at the desk. [Excuse me, can you please direct me to Kelbol?] “Bien sûr, manquez, vous quitterez cet établissement et tournerez à gauche sur le coin, puis vous marchez tout droit pendant deux blocs avant d’atteindre Kelbol.” He replied [Of course miss, you will leave this establishment and turn left on the corner, then you walk straight for two blocks before reaching Kelbol.] “Merci.” I said before leaving the hotel and following his directions. [Thank you]   As soon as I stepped outside, I took a deep breath smelling the freshly baked bread, the sweet scent of pastries. This is a wonderful place and I fully intend on enjoying every second I am here. After a little while of walking I made it to the restaurant. The hostess asked me to take a seat anywhere I like so, I took one of the last tables outside. The waiter came over handing me a menu and taking my order drink, after a little while he came back with my food and I was able to relax with a lovely meal while listening to the chatter and city noise. After I was finished, I decided to walk around little more finding a small bookshop and a few other places I stopped to grab a few trinkets to bring back home. Whenever I decide to go back. Once I was finished walking around, I made my way back to me room. I stepped into the hallways looking towards me door that was slightly open, I instantly went on guard.   Slowly I opened the door and walked in to find a man sitting on my bed holding my mates' book as he read the letter.   Colter’s POV   After leaving the palace I went straight the airport and got on a private jet making my way to Paris, the place I promised to take her after I came home. It was a long plane ride and I made it just as the sun was setting, I made quick work for figuring out where she was staying since she did not change her first name. I walked into the hotel and went straight the clerk's desk.   “Bonsoir monsieur, comment puis-je vous aider?” He asked me. [Good evening sir, how can I help you?” “Je cherche une Rosalie Bridgestone.” I said. [I am looking for a Rosalie Bridgestone.] “Laissez-moi regarder Monsieur.” He said as he looked through the reservation book. [Let me look Sir.]  “Nous n’avons pas de Rosalie Bridgestone Monsieur. Mais nous avons une Rosalie Coldwell. Serait-ce la femme que vous cherchez?” He said. [We do not have a Rosalie Bridgestone Sir. But we do have a Rosalie Coldwell. Would that be the woman you are looking for?] “Coldwell.” I said with hope. “Oui, c’est elle, quel est son numéro de chambre et puis-je avoir une clé? [Yes, that is her, what is her room number and may I have a key?] “Bien sûr, monsieur. Elle est dans la chambre 102 de la façade de la Chambre.” He said as he grabbed the key. [Of course, sir. It's in room 102 of the front of the house.] “Merci” I said taking the Key and making my way to see her.   As soon as I got to her floor and turned down the hallway, I saw her door and my heart started racing as I began moving faster towards it. Shoving the key into the keyhole I pushed the door open and went inside.   “Rosalie?” I called. But there was no response the room was empty, all her things where here but not the most important thing her.   I walked over and sat down on the edge of her bed looking down at my hands searching my mind for other places she would be. I looked around her room trying to find clues when I spotted my book and the letter, I left her. Picking it up I opened the letter and looked at it, the paper was worn and there were tear stains over the lettering. She was broken, hurt and It was all my faut. I sat there letting the tears fall for a moment, taking in her scent one more time before I leave and stay away to avoid rebreaking her heart. I was about to set the book and letter down when some attacked me from behind pinning me to the ground. I took a deep breath readying myself to fight back when her scent stronger than ever invaded my body, I turned overlooking in to her eyes.   “Colter...” she said in surprise. “Mon Amour.” I replied before she placed her lips to mine, her kiss was filled with longing, love, sadness, lust and so much passion. “How are you here?” She asked pulling away slightly. “I was never gone.” I replied. “The King lied.” “I am sorry, I should have looked for you. Forgive me please.” She said as tears came barreling out of her eyes. “Mon amour, there is nothing to forgive, look at what you did for me.” I said trying to hold my tears back. “I failed you.” “You did not my love.” She said shaking her head. “I am so happy you're okay.” “I am happy I found you.” I said pushing hair behind her ear. “Please never leave me again.” She begged. “Never, we will stay with each other for all eternity.” I replied placing a kiss to her cheek. “That will be possible now that I am like you.” She said with a worried look. “And you make a beautiful vampire mon amour.” I said. “I love you.” She said. “I love you.” I said. “Oh, I am sorry.” She said as she climbed off of me.   I watched her as she got up, she stood there and stared at me unsure of her next move. I got up walking to her, as I threaded my fingers through her hair one landing on the back of her neck and one went to her lower back as I leaned in placing a kiss to her lips. She kissed me back with hunger opening her mouth so I could taste her, her breathing becoming heavier and quicker. Moving my hand from her neck I scooped her legs up wrapping them around my waist and moving her to the bed, laying her down under me.  I pulled away from her lips trailing kisses down her neck, to her collarbone until I was at the collar of her shirt. I sat up taking her with me so I was able to remove her shirt and bra as she took mine off. We throw our clothing to the side and moved to undress completely before we wrapped around each other. We made love for the rest of the evening learning the feel of each other's touch, reconnecting the love we share. We fell asleep in each other’s arms, wrapped in the love. We were together once more and this is where we will stay.
