It was scary how time flew by so fast. It felt like just yesterday when I had started my third year and suddenly, I had just a week left before I go to the Netherlands for my internship. To say that I was scared would have to be an understatement.
I had renewed my passport, gotten my visa, booked my flights and stay and everything in between. Basically, I was prepared. However, I hadn’t started packing despite Mamma continuously telling me I should because it wasn’t for some days. The internship was a long one; it was for weeks and probably would exceed a month. They had not really confirmed the exact duration because they wanted to make it flexible for us, and give us all the time we needed in the world.
