Unfortunate Omega

 I get out of the car I can hear my ribs crack it makes my teeth grind Anna looks at me very concerned. “Do you need help?''she says as she looks at me. I look at her with sad eyes'' maybe a little ''she reaches for her phone and in text someone. Another guy runs out to help me get to my feet he looks at me and smiles'' you've had better days' brother ''. I weekly smile as to say thank you ''you're telling me.'' I look up I see a flight of stairs I take a deep breath'' don't tell me I have to go up there.'' Anna sigh ''unfortunately yes, it's the only way.'' The man looked at me'' I could carry you'' he says with a smirk. I look at him'' I'd you rather not.'' Every step felt like daggers digging into my side and shoulder. I finally made it inside there was 8 other omegas in the common room waiting to greet me the man just puts up his hand ''not right now guys he's pretty hurt.'' And with that they got me to my room laying me on the bed. I close my eyes and try not to think about the pain. Instead, I try to think of my life and how much has changed overnight breathing deep maybe this will be the start for me.

I wake up and slowly sit up the bandages on my waist are too tight and my ribs don't seem to hurt any more like they did before. Put my feet on floor and move my hands to loosen the wraps I feel my ribs and breath deep it doesn't hurt at all, doesn't even feel like anything happened. I move my hand to my shoulder yep that still hurts and blood is on the wraps I think it must be still healing. I look at the side table I see a cup of water I grab it desperately I've never felt so thirsty in my life. Just then door cracks open and a man walks inside with brown hair very muscular and I glanced up at him I recognize him as the man that helps me get out of the car yesterday. He looks at me and smiles ''hey Sleeping Beauty you know you've been asleep for 4 days.'' My eyes widen ''Really 4 days. ''I look at him for a minute shocked as he smiles again'' how are you feeling ?'' I look at him ''a lot better'' ''can you stand?'' he says ''I think so ''as I hop on my feet. He holds his hands out to catch me as if I would fall instant I stand straight up with no hesitation at all. ''By the way my name is Colt I never catch your name ''I look at him ''my name is Felix nice to meet you and thank you for your help.'' ''Well Felix let's get you some breakfast.'' We walk out to the common room and Anna and a few other omegas were eating breakfast. The girls looked at me and blushes. Anna looked up from her toast'' hey Felix looks like you're feeling better would you like something to eat? ''I gave her a cheerful smile ''that would be amazing” I say excitedly.

Anna gets up and gives me some toast. '' When you get done eating breakfast we need to change those bandages ''she says I stubbornly roll my eyes as I get up to walk back to the room with Anna and Colt following me. I sit on the bed Anna start to take the bandages off and clean up the wound I can see it's deep but it is starting to heal up. Anne has noticed me staring'' it's going to leave a bad scar'' she says ''I figured it would'' I say without looking at her. Cole walks closer ''Felix you're so physically fit you, wouldn't happen to have worked out a lot,did you?'' I looked at him very confused he looks at me and shakes his head ''not like that ''he says it defense. I laugh'' yes I was very active in my pack why? ''I ask him. '' I am a personal trainer at a gym I could get you a job there if you're interested.'' I look back at him ''that would be great .....but I think I should work out a little myself before I start training anyone else'' I say with a smirk.''well of course we'll start tomorrow ''Colt says as he walks out of and room. Anna looks back at me'' you need to take it easy with this, it's going to take some time Felix don't overdo it'' she warns. I smile ''no worries I got this ''I look around room and see another bed ''do I have a roommate ?'' I question. Anna smiles again ''yes Felix, I'm your roommate I hope that doesn't bug you we all have roommates here.'' I look at her ''no not at all I've never had a roommate before.'' Anna starts to walk away'' this is a whole new world for you isn't'' I smirk you have no idea I think to myself. I get up and start to stretch out my arm I noticed that it's starting to feel a bit better already.

In two weeks I was better than new and working out in the gym with Colt. Ever since the fight I had a huge scar on my right shoulder. I just wear a shirt and cover it if no one can see it no one will ask about it. I learned a lot about the new town I was living in. One thing this is a pack free zone meaning a lot of people here are either half-breeds or don't have a pack to be in. So me being here and not having a pack seems normal to anyone. Number two there are no disagreements or fights about past or present pack matters within the borders. These rules are set in place to protect people who are running from their pack or people who are like me. I did take Cole's job offer and currently a personal trainer. My job is simple I make training plans for members and help Colt's clients at the gym. Unlike Colt, he is a traveling personal trainer he goes to big businesses and even to people's houses. Not really my scene nowadays I don't particularly like to go out. I hope one day to grow out of that.
