RYAN FINISHED BINDING everyone’s hands quickly and returned to Diane’s side, although his mind lay somewhere else.
‘Where the hell are you, Kate? I’m going to strangle you, woman. You had to come. You couldn’t have stayed at home where you were safe and sound,’ he ground his teeth.
“Is everything all right here?” Ryan asked in a tense tone of voice when he reached Diane and Adam. At the same time, his eyes swept all over the woman’s body to see if she had any wounds anywhere.
