Chapter 13

What am I doing here? I looked around my mates room wondering how long hes been in that room and what he is doing in there. Akira what have you done, I watched it all happen but the control wasn't there. I need to get out of here before he comes back.

Punishment? For me? He is the one who should be punished for what he did to me. I'm not ready for this Akira.

'You would have left, I had to do something.'

'You're right I would have left the second that Omega came into the room, I REJECTED him remember? It was MY body that was r***d just over a week ago, remember?' 

I stood from the couch and made my way to the door, I heard voices coming from outside. I knew I couldnt leave through there without being seen and I couldn't let Hakan know where I was, not anymore. With there being no leads here for my parents and Jea I needed to take my next step and find Jea's trail.

Henly made me promise to not take out my revenge plan on Tates men. She said with a mate there she was happier dead than alive. That hurt to hear from her but I agreed none the less. I told Jax the same, they plan on hiding out until baby arrives and then moving to closer to Yadiras parents and joining her old pack. 

I climbed out of the window and jumped down and took off into the direction of my bike. I grabbed a pair of shorts from my bag and slid them on under my dress before starting the engine and heading towards the border of the territory. I could hear frantic yelling behind me from Hakans beta for me to stop and wait. I didn't though I kept riding until I blew past his territory guards and into no mans land. 

I have a mate who cheated but refused my rejection. One with secrets and a mystery room that I am not allowed to enter.

'He was going to show us, stupid human, but you were a coward and left.'

'f**k off Akira, you made an Omega eat us out in front of him. What is wrong with you?'

'It proved my point, he was jealous and he wanted you more than her. His mate more than some silly Omega.'

'Doesn't matter, I am broken and I don't need some mate reminding me of whats happened. He is the cause of a lot of it and I don't need that constant reminder.'

'He'll come looking for us, Skai.'

''We'll be dead before he finds us I hope.'

'What are you planning?'

'Everyone is dead and we will be too, but not until I make sure Jax and his family are safe. I promised Hen I wouldn't take revenge, this is not revenge it's ensuring her family here are safe from him. We'll be free after I trade myself for Jax and Yadiras safety.'

Hakans POV

I waited in the room, calming my nerves before I told Skai the truth about everything. I lied about being a virgin in ways. But this room, this part of me I was sure would scare her away. I looked to the bed covered in black silk sheets, behind the walls were black as well. No windows and the lights dim so you could barely see anything. The bed had ties on both the head and foot board. Whips lined the wall above the head board. This is my release, but would she approve of it?

It was easy with Omegas, they always obeyed and never told anyone, but with my mate it would be different. I knew I shouldn't have did what I did with that Omega but I did. I needed to tell my mate everything. Why did I threaten to punish her? 

'Because you're pathetic human.'

'Dami, not now. I know I messed up but shes our mate. We waited so long for her and then once she here she's not even what we imagined. She's not pure and she sleeps with women too?' 

'She's more pure than you are human. Shes powerful and beautiful. Just because she wont be easily controlled like you like them doesn't mean she isn't a worthy mate. The Goddess blessed us with her, you're going to f**k it up if you keep stalling.'

I blocked him out, I couldn't do it. I sat on the bed in the soundproof room debating for what felt like forever before my Beta mind linked me that my Mate was leaving. Dami was right I waited too long. What have I done. She can't leave yet, I need to tell her everything. I need her. I love her. I love her? f**k no, I don't. She rejected me, I should just let her go. Its best this way right?

Its been 2 weeks and Dami refuses to speak to me and he is growing weak being away from his mate and her wolf. I haven't been with another since she left and I needed the release but I was afraid of hurting her since I refused her rejection she would be able to feel it all. I need to find her and bring her back. I've sent my best trackers and they keep coming back with nothing. 

'Alpha we've picked up the Luna's scent 5 miles from Alpha Tates territory.' Beck, one of the trackers mind linked me.

Alpha Tate, what was she doing there? He would kill her if he found out she was my Mate. 

Tate swears I killed his mate during a Rogue attack we assisted them with a year ago. I didn't know the Rogue was his mate and he didn't either until she was bleeding out. There was nothing I could do, she was attacking my men and I had to stop her. Tate took it hard, as does any wolf who looses their mate. There was rumors of his wolf going feral due to the loss. He's 32 and to go so long without a mate was hard but to lose them right after you've found them was worse. 

I mind linked the pack warriors and my Beta to gather in the dining hall for a meeting. We were going after my Mate which if shes going after Tate would mean war. 

'She is worth a war with another pack.' Dami whispered in the back of my head. 

Glad he could make an appearance. Now lets get the Luna back.
