A month had passed since Madison and Ember had moved in with me. Seeing them every single day only made me happier each day that passed. I knew there would be no other way I would ever want to live.
The only thing that would’ve made it better was if Ember and I could get going with our relationship. We’d both been so set on making sure our daughter felt comfortable with the new situation that we hadn’t taken any time for ourselves.
