The Prophecy

     From the beginning of time the human world and the fairy world have co-existed side by side with no problems. But sadly as time passed the humans stopped believing in magic and all of the fey world. The humans started to believe they were the only beings on the planet that were smart enough to rule it. So the fey people let the humans be, they faded into the back round and lived quietly for many years that way. The one day a psychic in the human world told her king and queen a prophecy. One that would bring the fairy's back to the human world in a big way.    On the princes eighteenth birthday he married the beautiful princess from Ireland. It was a marriage  of state. Surprisingly the prince liked his bride. And he couldn't wait to become king. During the wedding feast Larissa the psychic was brought out to tell the new couple how their lives would go. The prince was hoping to hear that his bride would give him many children. And that he would be the most well loved king, Even more than his father was. Only that is not what they got. Instead they were told this.      " You will never be king and queen. A child not of your blood will rule the relms. Even the forgotten ones. The child will be a beauty with the heart of a dragon. And she will safe us all."      The prince was pissed, he had Larissa put to death right then and there. Then he and his father along with their advisers locked themselves in the war room in order to figure out how to stop this prophecy from coming true.       It was in that room that they died. A fire started in the kitchen a half hour after they went into the room. They were so upset by the prophecy that they didn't pay attention to all the yelling going on around them. The fire destroyed the whole castle and the king and prince died in the war room, while the queen and princess died in the family room trapped by the flames, yelling for the men to come help them.      So Larissa was right, the new couple never became king and queen.
