Seeing the glowing scroll, a part of me wanted me to jump at it bit another part held him down, that part has always helped him to think of the bad first before thinking of the good.

Immediately his hand touched the scroll, the golden light vanished,making the scroll more visible.
When I saw that the doppelganger wasn't hurt by the scroll, I snatch it fr him and took a glance at the scroll; just like the first scroll I saw, it was written in a language I do not understand.

Although I had guesses, I was still suprised when I saw [The Deceiver's Seventh Note]
I remembered [The Deceiver's Third Note] can be used to the strongest only when the user have enough spirit energy, so do the seventh note.
I had guessed earlier that The Deceiver is a spirit cultivator and so do her disciples.
Her scrolls might have powerful notes in them but when used by a non spirit cultivator, is a peice of s**t.
An example is The Vanisher whom I never thought to possess any of [The Deceiver's Note]
I was suprised seeing [The Deceiver's Seventh Note] having a legendary rarity, [The Deceiver's Third Note] was rare.
More importantly, this is just the seventh note, from the information I gathered, the Deceiver had a total of eight notes altogether
"The third is rate, the seventh is legendary, based on the rarity ranking of the numbers, the first and second should be the weakest maybe at unique level, the fourth, fifth and sixth might be magic level, one of them would at least be at legendary level and the eight would be a higher ranking item…what would happen if I had all the notes?"
I couldn't help but relate more when I felt the distinguished ranking between the seventh and the third note
I was already interested in the notes and now my intrest was piqued to its highest .
A system beeped and a message popped up in my vision, I stopped thinking and clicked the message

It was really useless when compared to what I'm imagining.
Each of the Deceiver's Notes demand spirit energy, they don't have a level and they ate not limited. The only thing that can limit them is the spirit energy of the user. That means someone with the Deceiver's Third and large quality and quantity of spirit energy might defeat someone with the seventh note who has a low level of spirit energy the difference between the two notes
After stuffing the mote into my pocket, I looked around The Vanisher's base. The fact that I found the Deceiver's Seventh Note in his base made me feel like he might have other useful equipments.
"How could criminal like The Vanisher not have any collection in his base?

Just as I was searching for spoils I'd wars, the news of The Vanisher being defeated by me spread like wild fire across the city.
Sone people were shocked, some were jealous and some were angry.
A gloomy sinister voice could be heard from a certain spot

The sinister voice sounded of grudges and hate but right after that, the hatred turn into suspicion

The sinister voice quieted down and eventually, everything was reduced down to nothing.

Meanwhile, in another spot, another raging voice got even louder
"I warned him before, I told him not to belittle the super humans. Thise idiots, you can't know how strong they are until you want to destroy the world"
Similar to the sinister voice, the raging voice was also commenting on The Vanisher
The raging voice was then overflowing with killing intent
"Mr Levin eh, you are a dead meat"
