A TRIP TO A HAUNTED CASTLE

Dear diary,26/08/18Hi, my name is Maxine, and I am writing this in my journal after a long time. I am suffering from these nightmares for a week now. I thought I was doing better. These nightmares stopped years ago, my psychiatrist told me that I was doing better. Why I am seeing these now? Am I going insane? The nightmares show the events of that day when Charlie tried to kill me. When I first started to see them, my psychiatrist asked me to write those down on my journal. So that's what I am doing now. Today I am going to tell you about an incident which scarred my entire life. It happened seven years ago, but it feels so fresh!!! I went on a trip to a haunted palace with my school friends after a long time. Granted, a haunted palace is not the wisest choice for a reunion, but still, I thought it will be fun. I thought that the trip will be full of fun, entertainment and maybe even romance. Charlie said that his family owned the palace and it is not haunted. It has been remodeled for our comfort. Brandon also said that it will be fun. But, it turned out to be my worst nightmare for life. How would I know that one of my childhood friends will turn out to be a psycho killer? I came from a small town, and you can say our daily lifestyle is plain and simple. Most of the people don't complain about it though. They are happy with it. But not me. To me, it's plain Boring. I even gave our town a nickname, ‘Boringland’. I just wished there is something happening in my life, something spicy and adventurous. This is why I agreed to visit the castle. And my wish did come true!!! But you know what they say? Be careful what you wish for!!!!!!!!!! Sounds terrible? Well, it is. Those events scarred my life and changed my perspective of the world forever.
